This is a large 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. The bedrooms are huge, so there is lots of space. It is furnished with twin beds and dressers in the bedrooms and sofas in the living room. The kitchen is furnished with a range, refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There is air conditioning. A coin-operated laundry is available for use on-site.

Pricing:

- Shared bed / shared bath -- $425 for the whole summer & $3,300 for the whole school year
- Utilities: $250 each for the whole summer & $600 each for the whole school year (water, sewer, garbage, electric, gas)
- Parking $150 for the year, renewed each August
