Floor planI have loved in the spectrum apartments for 3 years now and have had no issues. As a single guy with roommates the apartment was warm and I never suffered for it. As a married man my wife and I had a private space we could sleep in comfortably and had room for all our items. The landlord always quickly dealt with broken appliances and was quick to respond. I loved being close to campus and our 2 story room had a great view.
You get what you pay for. The studio apartment is nice, management is nice, sometimes hard to get ahold of. Parking seems to be expensive for two cars, kinda annoying. But overall good. I have lived here for 2 years, it has a great location and its nice having my own space.
