I had a great move in experience! My apartment was very clean and well organized. We were given carts to help move our stuff. The staff was super kind and helpful! I do wish we had more storage options, I was kind of hoping for a small dresser. Other than that, everything was great!

Stadium crossing is overpriced and honestly a bit trashy. The people in the office were always kind to me but it’s management that I had a problem with. They take any chance to take money from you and the property is grossly overpriced for the quality of it. It was “renovated” meaning they slapped the cheapest things they could find in every corner. Paint is sticky and chipping off cabinets, the flooring is pealing up, and doors and cabinets are barely holding onto their hinges. The baseboards would fall off without being touched and maintenance was slow to fix things in my experience. Our ac broke 3-4 times last summer alone. My shower was leaking and it took them 2 weeks to fix it, by that time the pressure shot off the bathtub faucet and they did a lousy job fixing it. There were footprints and parts of the bath laying around and his scissors were wrapped in my bath towel which was thrown on the floor in a ball. We experienced water seeping up the boards by our washer but this was dismissed despite the unit flooding just a month before I moved in. My unit was disgusting upon move in and they charged me an almost 500 dollar fee for selling my contract 3 months before it was over. I guess I should've read the lease more carefully but when they said a “fee” for selling they failed to mention that this fee was 75% base rent. The owners are selfish and couldn’t care less about their residents. So thankful I am not living here anymore!

Management does not care about residents. You’re lucky if your maintenance request ever gets complete, and if it does, it will take weeks. Everything they do has the landlord special quality. Also, selling your lease is going to cost you about $500 dollars to transfer if you can find someone to sell to. Avoid at all costs.

It just was hard to move stuff without like a cart, especially being on the 5th floor. I was so sad when the elevator broke too. Luckily I got all my stuff up before that happened but when I got groceries I had to go to 5 flight of stairs 😬 it would’ve been nice to know where I could park before I moved in.

I spent a majority of my undergrad at Stadium Crossing and I loved every second of it. The office staff are incredibly welcoming, and are always willing to work with you when you need it. The maintenance workers are fast to respond, and usually an issue is fixed within a day or two. While some of the appliances are old, everything works without a hitch. Its within walking distance to campus, but also just far enough that it doesn't feel like a dorm, but more of an apartment. I highly recommend this property.
