I have absolutely loved living here. The community is so great and the maintenance is so quick to take care of anything and everything. There’s always fun activities happening and I love all of the amenities. The office staff is super helpful and always willing to work with you and answer questions. Overall, such a great place to live. I’ve really loved it.

Okay here’s the deal I need everyone considering moving here to read this review. So to be completely honest this place needs to shut down because the way they took advantage of students is actually insane. Now I will give credit where credit is due. The new management seems to really be trying to turn this place around, however they have been more focused on improving things for future rather than helping the current residents. And honestly the management had acted like we the residents are being unreasonable when we don’t want random painters coming into our rooms at 8:00 in the morning. Especially imagine that when I work overnights so I am usually asleep around that time. Barging into our apartments without notice and moving our belongings without permission. And then will threaten fees if you don’t “cooperate” and then will cite the lease as a way to make you submit. The fee is 250$ by the way. So we residents have to move all our stuff around and out of our apartments and rooms in order to move it all back in again in a day when most of us move in a month anyways. Ridiculous. Construction constantly in the hallways and also creating an all around environment that is not practical to live in and honestly has had my mental health on a serious decline because of how frustrating this is. I do believe this place will be better for future residents but I can only speak for my own experience which has been nothing short of terrible. I’m so sad that I did not enjoy my time here. And I will say the new management has been so good with working with me when I lost my job and couldn’t pay rent on time. But otherwise it just wasn’t worth it. I wish I could recommend this place but I can’t. Thanks

I personally did not have a great experience living here. I am a graduate student and was housed with all freshman that partied every night. There is no sound proofing in the units so I was woken up every single night unless I had headphones on. There were also groups of people that would yell and race down the hallways on Friday nights, sometimes until past 4 in the morning. Otherwise, management was pretty poor from what I experienced, and maintenance would let themselves in as they pleased. I really enjoyed having a fitness center on the property though, but they never restocked cleaning supplies, even when asked.

The factory is alright. There are several things that make it good (such as the hot tub, proximity to a bus stop, and the lounge) but also several drawbacks (the quality of the building, parking situation, hot tub breaking, and so on).

Since being under new ownership things have improved. Making much needed upgrades, good communication, fun activities, clean. Great location! Plenty of parking “covered parking garage is really nice - especially in the winter. Also keeping hot tub fixed and quick on maintenance.

It’s fine for the most part there are some things that I’m not particularly found of like how small and tight the parking garage is. During the transition of new owners there was a lack of communication between the maintenance workers, the front desk employees, and residents. Other than that it is amazing and for the most part really quiet except for people revving their engines through out the day and night.

Honestly a really nice place to live if you have the money to burn. It’s pretty expensive especially considering the fact that management moves pretty slow when it comes to repairs/upkeep. The 24 hour gym is great, just wish some of the machines were in better shape. I won’t be returning, but I would gladly if rent could be about 300 hundred cheaper per month.

It’s awful here. Nobody is willing to help you. Overpriced and disgustingly dirty. The maintenance ruined my property and got paint and stains on a bunch of my clothes. They broke my things and i have proof and pictures and they refuse to do anything. I heard a resident at the office asking for a different room or mattress because they broke something in his room that’s fiberglass. The entire place is more than half empty and they refused to do anything for him. They want to be mean and lazy when there’s clear solutions to these issues. My packages ALWAYS get lost or stolen. I rarely have received my packages. They won’t help or take responsibility. The parking garage and pulling out of the building are terrifying. I’ve witnessed 4 wrecks and my sister was one that totaled her car. It’s not safe here. The maintenance also said theyd leave an email, letter and text, i got none rather than all as they said. They came in unannounced while i was getting ready got work and kicked me out half ready.

Overall I have had quite a good experience here at the Factory with not manu problems especially with new management who has got a lot done. The price is a little bit high and people come into my room alot, but otherwise its fine.
