Management team are awesome. They are so professional. Last time i had a issue with freezer. Kaila,a manager, took care of it within a day. She reply all the question so fast and answer it kindly.

Very fancy apartment. Reasonable prices. Regular cleaning service for the common areas. Easy to request maintenance and it is done within 3 days. Kaila isn't always on site (I've heard she works in other apartment buildings as well), but she's very responsive when I call or text her.

I had an appointment for Saturday and I was highly disappointed. I called on my way there as I flew in from Dallas to tour and was running a tad behind. No one answered my call but I was sent a generic text stating no one was available but they would respond during "business hours" unless it was an emergency. 20 minutes later I texted back letting them know I had arrived for my appointment but no one was in the office nor was anyone answering the phone. I left and let them know I left, I was then replied to by Kaila the Property Manager stating she was not in the office on the weekends and she would have a leasing agent contact me. I let her know I no longer had interest in the property. No answer. As a property manager myself this lack of professionalism regarding a property I could see myself living at is unacceptable. I ran into a resident who listed several reasons I shouldn't live there including maintenance requests going unanswered and that Kaila is literally never in office. Such a sad experience for such a beautiful building.

I’m currently living here and have been experiencing Airbnb issues. The unit next to me is Airbnb and the guests party every weekend. They play loud music, scream, yell and smoke in the middle the night. I’ve been communicating with a property manager reading this for long but they didn’t do anything. I’ve called in security but no one came. The lease agreement states Airbnb is not allowed and quiet time of from 11pm to 2am. This walls are thin and you can hear everything that neighbors do. I cannot stand anymore. I had to write this review here so that hopefully this will help others to make a decision on moving in here.

I find the building more suitable for Bucharest or Berlin. With that said, it was a rather daring decision to juxtapose such architecture in a neighborhood where it clearly does not fit (yet). I imagine there is a Mies fan somewhere in the developer's office, and to them I tip my hat for the disciplined use of glass and metal. A more dynamic roof system could have helped make the building an icon, but it survives well without it.
