I recently toured Eighth & Grand Apartments in Downtown Los Angeles and was honestly very impressed. I checked out a studio that was surprisingly spacious, with a large balcony and an absolutely stunning city view. The natural light and skyline made it feel even bigger and more premium. The amenities are amazing a fully equipped gym, pool, fireplace lounge, chill areas, conference spaces, clubhouse, terrace, patio, and even a pet washing station (which is such a thoughtful touch!). Having Whole Foods Market right below the building is a huge plus for convenience. The pricing felt competitive for DTLA around $2,200 for a large studio, and they were offering $1,000 off if signing a 12-month lease the same day. Overall, the location, views, and amenities make it a very attractive option in downtown LA. Definitely worth touring if you're apartment hunting!

I applied in early November, and I was told that my $51 application fee is nonrefundable. However, my $250 holding fee is refundable as of today, February 4 I have not received my holding fee back.I’ll give them a zero because you should never be negligent about anybody’s emails when dealing with refunds. If you have to refund someone, do it. Don’t just take their money, ignore them, and then lie to the bank, claiming refunds are not refundable when they had verbally and written policies stating otherwise.swer the bank but not respond to me and getting my refund back I give this property attend the way it looks but management and the way it’s being managed and handled business is being handled. I’ll give them a zero because you should never be negligent to anybody’s emails when referring to business when regarding refunds if you have to refund somebody refund them, don’t just take their money and not say anything and then lie to the bank and say that refunds are not refundable when verbally told me the policy and it’s written.
