I love it here. Leo and Diana are awesome. The customer service is outstanding. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They keep the facilities really clean. You can't beat the parking. The security details is on the job 24/7. It's centrally located giving it a metropolitan feel. There are restaurants , shopping, barbershop, hairstylist and a really good coffee spot on site. You technically never have to leave the property. I definitely recommend it! 👌

I’ve been living at Be DTLA for almost 2 years now and am just about to wrap up my second lease — and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! First off, a huge shout-out to Alan, who has been incredibly supportive and helpful in so many ways. From day one, he’s made living here a smooth and welcoming experience. Service requests are always handled promptly and efficiently, which gives me real peace of mind. The facilities are also top-notch. I especially love the rooftop — it’s my go-to spot whenever I need a change of scenery while working. The yoga studio, separate from the gym, is another favorite feature that makes wellness here really accessible. If I had one small wish, it would be to see more stair masters in the gym 😜 but that’s just me being picky! Another area that could improve is food delivery efficiency. Since Building #1 doesn’t have a dedicated receptionist, couriers often get stuck in the elevators without fobs — some even get impatient and leave because they can’t wait for someone to let them in. It would be amazing if the property could figure out a better system for this, since I know other apartments are able to provide smoother access for deliveries. Overall, Be DTLA has truly felt like home — with great amenities, quick service, and staff who genuinely care about residents. Highly recommend!

I've been living at Be Dtla for two years now, and I can honestly say it's been a fantastic experience. The management team, especially Jessica and the leasing office team, is incredibly responsive, professional, and friendly. Any maintenance request I've submitted has been handled promptly, usually within 24 hours. ​The apartment itself is modern and well-maintained, with great natural light and a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The amenities are a huge plus – I use the rooftop deck with the BBQ grills all the time and it's always clean and in perfect condition. ​The location is unbeatable. It’s super convenient to get to the local grocery outlet, the subway station, and several great restaurants, and the neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. ​I couldn't be happier with my decision to live here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to call home in this area!

Definitely our leasing manager Ezri is the best!!! Always nice and kind to us and always help out with each problem and reply our email asap. Btw every leasing manager and staff is responsible and warm every time we talk. And this apartment has quiet neighborhoods and wonderful street environments. It’s not noisy as central downtown is and inside buildings elevators are fast and clean. Pool and barbecue areas are clean, quiet and comfortable for residents. Also there’s a big grocery downstairs of the apartment building and is super convenient to get food or vegetables when I need something in a hurry. A Starbucks next to the lobby as well. Totally worthy to live. Room’s structure is awesome which is my favorite part. Quiet AC in bedrooms so that I can fall asleep quickly. If I will work in LA the next few years, I will absolutely keep living in Be DTLA apartments!

Alan was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. From the very first moment, he made us feel comfortable and welcome. He patiently answered all of our questions, explained every detail clearly, and guided us step by step so that we never felt lost or unsure. The tour he gave us was perfect-very professional, but also warm and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Thanks to him, we didn’t just find an apartment, we truly fell in love with our new home.
