This apartment is really a rare gem you can find. Building manager Sergio went out of his way to help us move in super fast and gave us all the tips of using our apartment to the fullest. The management is super fast with request or questions and really being professional but with exceptional kindess. The Moss& company really did a great job with elevating this property!

Management Bryce and Hera has been so wonderful helping us find this gem. I dont understand the lower rating as this accomodation is very clean, organized and perfect for young weds or young families who want to find a safe and cozy apartment! Amenities are very functional and cozy. No noise or pest issues. There are two cafes (Amazing coffee) walking distance and safe and secure parking garage (no worries for homeless communities)

While this apartment is relatively more affordable than other luxury residential properties in the area, it offers limited amenities—primarily a small fitness center. The surrounding neighborhood includes several supportive housing facilities. Consequently, residents may frequently encounter individuals experiencing homelessness, as well as individuals exhibiting visible signs of mental health or substance use challenges. These encounters are particularly common near the Starbucks located on the ground floor of the building. In my experience, the property management did not act in accordance with professional or legal standards. My security deposit was not returned within the timeframe required by applicable law, with a delay of approximately two to three weeks. No explanation or communication was provided despite multiple attempts to obtain clarification via email, all of which went unanswered. Furthermore, a deduction of approximately $500 was made from my $2,000 deposit without an accompanying itemized statement, as generally required under landlord-tenant laws. I had taken photographs of the unit both prior to move-in and after move-out, and I hired a professional cleaning service to ensure the unit was returned in better condition than when I took possession. As a real estate professional, I am familiar with customary practices surrounding security deposits and have consistently received my full deposit in prior tenancies. Additionally, conversations with other former tenants suggest that similar issues may be part of a recurring pattern. Given these concerns—specifically regarding the condition of the surrounding area and the apparent mishandling of security deposits—prospective tenants should exercise caution. Unless affordability is the primary concern, this property may fall short of expectations typically associated with downtown living.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! THEY DON’T PAY BACK SECURITY DEPOSITS UNLESS YOU HIRE A LAWYER! I moved out 3 months ago and barely got my security deposit back because I contacted an attorney for help after this company ignored several calls, voicemails, and emails. Be warned! Besides that, the ELEVATOR CALL BUTTON DOESN’T WORK and instead of fixing it they lie and say neither guests nor deliveries are allowed upstairs. This was not the case when I moved in, and no other building I’ve lived in doesn’t allow me to buzz up a guest or delivery that has a call box. LADIES BEWARE! I thought the building manager was just being friendly when he asked me to eat meals and gave me his personal number but he looked upset when he saw me going on a date with someone else. And after that my maintenance requests started taking a way longer time to be responded. From an average of a couple of days to no less than a couple of weeks. I also once heard someone trying to come into my apartment with a key but a noise from my tv scared them away and I immediately stood to check my peephole where I saw the building manager walking away from my door alone. There was no notice given or pending maintenance request that would warrant him coming to my place so I was very creeped out. When I confronted him with our building security guard he blamed it on a maintenance worker that he “stopped from entering the wrong apartment” and since there are no cameras in the halls we had to take his word for it. (Even though I saw him walking away completely alone through the peephole and didn’t see/hear him talking to anyone. Also every time maintenance had come in the past and since, they knock and wait before attempting to enter.) This building has done a few other shitty things in obvious efforts to maximize their profits and it’s always at the expense of the tenant living experience. Just take your business elsewhere because you’re definitely just a unit number here.

Whoever the blond hair Spanish lady with too much makeup and loud color lipstick is at the front desk attitude is horrible. They have parking for my neighborhood Starbucks and I happened to use it but the mini hallway that leads to the street locks you out so you have to go through the leasing office. Both times I had to go through the leasing office , she was so nasty and so rude . She acted like I was a germ that she didn’t want to be bothered with . She also looked at me disgustingly through the glass knocking on the door for a few minutes before she decided to open the door for me . The eye roll , putting her ear phone back in and completely being passive aggressive and rude because she didn’t want to be bothered with helping me was so offensive. She needs to learn better customer service if she is going to work in a space with people . Like is she ok?
