Updated: This is the WORST manager you could have. Trying to buy everyone with his smile, telling you “okay, your plan sounds good, I’ll update to you later” but not one email in a week, talking to me something like emergency moving weeks and months ago but not even show me the details about unit. Come and live here. Enjoy the endless dog bark from midnight to 7 am. For over four months, my life has been seriously disrupted because my neighbor leaves two dogs home alone for days at a time. These dogs bark day and night—including in the middle of the night for 30–60 minutes straight—and this has been constant for months. I first reported this to Manager Jake four months ago. Every time, he promised they would “talk to the neighbor” or “call animal control.” I believed him and waited, but nothing changed. Later he told me the neighbor was being evicted and gave me multiple “action dates” when something would be done, but each date was postponed again and again. I have never seen anyone from animal control come. At the end of July, Jake told me that on 8/6 the police and animal control would forcibly remove the neighbor and dogs. I trusted him one last time and endured the noise until then. Guess what—nobody came. He gave me no advance notice that plans had changed, no follow-up afterward, no apology, and no alternative solution. Throughout this, he has been evasive, delaying action, and increasingly unreliable. I no longer know which of his statements are true. I’ve told him in emails that the nonstop barking has left me in panic every day and I am now seeing a therapist. Any reasonable person would feel hopeless after four months of broken sleep. To make matters worse, his email etiquette is shockingly poor—often no greeting, just curt replies. At first, his emails said “we’ll take care of it.” Now he claims that all actions need senior manager approval, and even that “approval” has dragged on for weeks. This is unacceptable management. I am a paying resident, yet my repeated, urgent complaints have been met with empty promises, delays, and a complete lack of professionalism.

D’Angelo is hilarious and super helpful! He is knowledgeable and friendly! I’m moving into home tomorrow and couldn’t be happier! He helped set it all up and the unit looks amazing! I truly appreciate his hard work and I am obsessed with the energy and vibes at Fedora! Seems like the greatest place to live in Ktown!

I’ve been living here for 3 months now and I’m so so happy with my experience here since the day I moved in. The managers, Christian and Davneet have been so helpful during our moving process, and were always extremely helpful and responsive whenever we ran into any issues with the house. Maintenance team is always on top of things to fix any issues as well. Property is always clean and regularly maintained. Love the lobby and overall style of the apartment, because it always makes coming home feel so welcoming. There’s also really beautiful rooftops with amazing sunsets too! Gyms are wonderful and equipments are new. And I like that there’s parcel lockers service to help ensure parcels are delivered safely. They also hold monthly community events for residents which is really cool! Because we actually get to meet our neighbors and make friends! Overall, would highly recommend your stay here 🥰

I love the new studio! Jake and Dangelo were incredible moving from another country is difficult but they make me feel welcôme and happy to be here! I just moved in the place was Nice and clean! Lidos to Dangelo and Jake!

We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Jake and Drew! From the very first interaction, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make the right decision about moving into the building. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect home.
