I moved in July 29 and discovered roaches crawling from the sinks, drains, and baseboards on NIGHT ONE. A month later, after repeated fumigations and being shuffled between units, the problem is still unresolved. Management downplays issues, shifts blame onto tenants, and refuses to give clear answers or accountability. They also refuse to check the other adjoining units and won’t show proof of fumigation or final assessment from a professional fumigation company. I’ve been living out of boxes for over a month, unable to unpack or set up utilities (like WiFi for work), yet still billed in full. Temporary staff were polite at first but had no authority to resolve anything, while permanent management avoided responsibility and has been missing in action. Now I’m being threatened with a rental increase if I don’t move back into the unit, even though I have been given no notice or guarantees the apartment is vermin free. They sent me an email on Tuesday at 10am that I need to be fully moved by Wednesday morning, even though I have work and this is the third attempt at moving back in. Reviews about roaches and plumbing here are true — believe them. The first 3 photos are of the current state of the unit, and I’ve been told I must move back into it immediately or be charged extra for the temporary unit. The rest are of the very first 8 hours of living in the unit. This building may look nice and the location is great, but new residents should know that if you raise valid concerns, management will treat you as the problem rather than fix the problem. I’m now filing a formal complaint with LA Housing & The Board of Health. Photos attached. UPDATE: The front office threatened to raise my rent or move back into my unit. They also tried to imply I could have been the problem, even though I had only been in the unit 6-8 hours and saw over 20 roaches. However last night I found a HUGE DEAD ROACH THEY PAINTED OVER BEFORE I EVER MOVED IN. Again NO ACCOUNTABILITY! The worst part is I asked them about pests before moving in and they promised it wasn’t a problem and that if so they’d check all units to find the source…..that in fact was not true. Don’t let them scam you the way they did me. Last photo is of my latest discovery on night one of moving back in

I lived there for almost a year in 2022 and the apartment was great the maintenance always came when called, no bugs or rats, and the manager Carlitos always responds to emails. Now I'm moving back in and I'm happy to be back.

Love living here! I don’t understand all the bad reviews 😅 very clean inside, they make sure everything is ready for you before you move in! The manager, Carlos, is very helpful and accommodates all your needs. The pricing is very reasonable for living in the city! Highly recommend Premiere towers! Move in and let’s be friends! (:

If i could give less than i one star i would. The apartments are old and worn down. Maintenance is sloppy and rude. there is always sewage problems, and the washing machines dont clean. worst part is the management will say "we will send your money back" and never do. dirty. lying. thieves

regarding: City Lofts Square (626 S. Spring St. Los Angeles, CA 90014) DO NOT LIVE HERE! Property Manager, Bernard Montana, is extremely rude, unprofessional, and ignorant! When things don’t go his way he is quick to threaten eviction or to change the locks. He will talk over you and will repeat that he has “been in the business for 20 years therefore he knows what he is doing”. When in reality, he would then understand that a business is constantly changing and that it is his job to adapt! Trying to have a discussion with him ends with him raising his voice and stomping off as if he is in grade-school. Property Manager, Bernard Montana, is a complete disgrace and an embarrassment!
