The Lorenzo residences were the BEST for my stay - everything was AMAZING including the apt layout, suites, cleanliness, friendly staff, fast response from staff, amenities, location! Jessica and Bianca were very helpful and always available to answer question. They made the daunting process of rental and lease very easy and user-friendly. There is always someone to help guide you. And the amenities like the many pools (both indoor and outdoor), gym and movie theater were incredible. The Central Kitchen has delicious and affordable food. They have a great ambiance with playing music and festive events. It really is the best place in LA and want to go back! Living at The Lorenzo Apartments has been such a fun experience! It honestly feels more like a resort than student housing — amazing pools, great gym, beautiful study spaces, and always something happening. Super social, great location near USC, and a really lively vibe. Definitely a 10/10 place to live in LA!

I really love living here the apartments have great amenities and a nice community vibe. They host weekly events, which keeps things fun and helps students stay engaged. Maintenance is super quick and always takes care of issues right away. Even with packages, since I don’t have a locker, the staff always finds a way to make sure everything gets delivered properly. Eric especially goes out of his way to help, and I’ve never had a package go missing.
