Lived there for almost five years. Had to move away for work but would live there again. The leasing staff was fair and responsive, the maintenance and security staff were reliable and friendly, and the building was overall well run. Their package management system was well done as well. Biggest downside was the apartments not having a lot of storage, but not a deal breaker. Great location in the heart of Ktown

It gives me real peace of mind knowing that things are taken care of with such consistency and care. The location is another highlight, with grocery stores nearby and charming cafes just steps away. The building is always spotless and welcoming, with a fresh scent that makes coming home feel extra nice. I would highly recommend this place to call your home in Koreatown, Los Angeles.

Pearl is truly the one and only apartment in K-Town that feels like home. I toured many places before moving here, and while some other complexes didn’t feel very clean (especially in the summer with flies), Pearl always stands out. The hallways and elevators are spotless and smell fresh every day, which makes such a difference. What I love most is the management team — they are caring, empathetic, and always go above and beyond for residents. Bryan, Amy and the team are incredibly kind and supportive; they treat everyone with genuine warmth and always make sure residents feel taken care of. Living here has felt less like just renting an apartment and more like being part of a big family.
