Visited my grandmother for the weekend, while out of town I had to help her put in a maintenance request for her housing unit. The lady at the front desk, Leyla, was very nice and patient with me and my grandmother. I appreciated her warm demeanor and patience with us as it was my first time handling something like this outside of my own housing. Good staff and good first impressions, glad my grandmother is being well taken care of.

Disgusting service and staff (especially Ubaldo), the managers are a disgrace to this building. Accepting payments is always a good thing. And how to provide service for a lot of money is a complete lack of service. There are no discounts for regular customers, they don't queue for an additional parking space, they send them to the parking lot - Joe's parking, but the price is higher and it's not a safe place (Someone painted my tire in Joe's parking lot, and none of the staff knows who did it! One chain of companies, one owner, and the same worthless staff everywhere. Interesting corporate policy), the barriers don't work, homeless people come in and spend the night in the stairwell, and the fee is $150 per month. And next… There are a lot of cockroaches here, garbage is always lying around the trash, you can hear what the neighbors are doing, the smell of urine is often heard in parking lots, carpets in the corridors stink. But you will have a wonderful view of the DTLA, because this is the only thing they are proud of:)

I called to ask about parking options and spoke with Layla, who was extremely helpful. I was checking to see if they offered parking plans for non-residents. Even though they didn’t, Layla went above and beyond to help me find a nearby lot that had exactly what I needed. Her professionalism and willingness to assist made the whole experience easy and pleasant.

Maintenance review: I want to give a shout out to Benito. He is a maintenance man that works around the apartment complex and he is just so sweet and kind and does an incredible job of fixing any issues that I have for maintenance. The Pierre does a good job of when you send in a maintenance request. They try to get someone out to you in the coming hours of the same day which I really appreciate

I have had a great experience at the Piero Apartments for the past few months. Amenities are great, especially movie nights by the pool. Big shout out to Francisco from maintenance. Any issues I’ve had, he has addressed them, timing from the moment I submit a request to that request being completed is impeccable. I’m truly enjoying my home.
