The good: security, only one lost package, clean amenities, Tanya who is amazing at the front desk, and Chris. The bad: cheap appliances that constantly need repairing, cheap floors that they don’t replace when the previous tenant has scratched them (take lots of photos when you move in), tenants who never clean up after their dogs and make the poor custodial staff clean it up, disgusting carpeted hallways that someone is always spilling something on, the constant smell of weed that makes you wonder if a dead skunk is stuck in the air ducts, layers of wall paint that dents when you lean anything against it, and exterior windows which open only 3 inches and are NEVER cleaned. Oh a dude down the hall in January lit his apartment on fire on purpose. I was late for work. On my birthday. He’s since moved out. My biggest gripe is I’ve lived here a year and half and I’ve complained three times that my windows are so filthy I cannot see out of them and I can’t clean them myself. They’ve never once been cleaned. So if you want to pay $2800 for a one bedroom after parking and utilities for this view, then this is the place for you. And I won’t update my review until my windows are clean. They only keep the public common areas clean for prospective tenants. They don’t show you the views like you see below.
