I've lived in Trademark for 2 months now and have had a very pleasant experience. The amenities are beautiful and very well maintained. All of the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful (Special shoutout to Janae, Tanya and Edgar). Maintenance requests are quickly addressed, often on the same day. The community events are very thoughtful and well attended by residents. Overall, I'm very happy to have chosen this apartment and would recommend it to anyone.

I just want to give a big thank you to our amazing concierge team - Tanya, Chris, and Darren. They’re always so friendly and genuinely helpful, the kind of people who will do absolutely anything they can to help you out. It makes such a difference coming home to faces that truly care. Tanya and Chris make the building feel so welcoming - it’s like you’re really coming home, not just walking into an apartment. And Darren is truly our guardian angel, always making sure everyone feels safe, especially late at night. Thank you for treating my dog Nordic like royalty and for spoiling him with so much love (and treats!) every time we walk through the lobby. You all make this place feel so special and full of heart. Thank you for being such a big part of what makes it feel like home.

Huge thanks to Janae and the trademark team for making my recent move-in so easy. Nice building, great staff and essy online leasing process. Security and parking is also top notch for being in the middle of DTLA. Only complaint would be that they need heavier weights in the fitness center cause I’m trying to get JACKED. Highly recommend

I've been moving every year for over five years because of noise issues. When we were touring this apartment, the agent asked us what our most important factors were, and we said noise was the most important, second, and third, and nothing else mattered. She assured us we didn't have to worry about it, so we trusted her and signed the contract, thinking the high rent would be okay. But every weekend, Pershing Square was making a ton of noise, and we couldn't relax at all. So we protested, but the apartment management simply told us to move to a different unit a few months later. We're currently staying in a hotel every weekend, living in constant fear. If you're touring this apartment, don't believe anything the agent tells you. We were scammed and I really want to sue them. I requested repairs because the hot water wasn't coming out properly while I was living there, but it hasn't improved for two months. And then I parked my bike in the bike park, and someone stole my side mirror. I told the apartment management, but they simply told me to call the police and offered no help, irresponsibly. I have never experienced an apartment so full of lies and so irresponsible. If you're interested in this apartment, I urge you to think carefully. I've only been here for about two months, but I'm hoping this lease will close quickly.

I’ve been living at Trademark for more than two years, and overall the property is nice. However, for the past three months, my unit has had serious hot water issues — it takes more than one hour for the water to get warm. I’ve submitted multiple maintenance requests, and while the maintenance staff has come several times, the problem keeps coming back. It’s been very inconvenient, especially since hot water is a basic necessity. Despite repeated communication, there hasn’t been a lasting fix or a clear resolution plan. I hope management takes this issue seriously and provides a permanent repair — or at least offers fair compensation for the loss of habitability over this extended period. It’s disappointing to experience this level of delay for something so essential.
