Don’t live here if you can avoid it. The leasing office has an inconsistent schedule and is never open when it needs to be. They berate residents when they are never available for the. Maintenance takes forever and people let their dogs poop inside the building. Packages go missing all the time and nothing is done about it. One of the garage doors doesn’t work ever and the entire place is just kind of a mess. Neighbors are loud at all hours and children are constantly running through the hallways screaming. Maintenance came into my apartment with no notice while I was on vacation and the only reason I knew is because my entire laundry room was disorganized with items missing. 0/10 would recommend

Sunday Oyelaja is an outstanding maintenance supervisor. He is always professional, respectful, and quick to respond whenever there is an issue. Every time I’ve submitted a request, he handled it promptly and made sure the job was done right the first time. He communicates clearly, shows up on time, and genuinely cares about keeping the property in great condition. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable and satisfied. We’re grateful to have someone as reliable and hardworking as Sunday taking care of maintenance here. Highly recommended!

These apartments are spacious and very beautiful. It’s a peaceful place to live, perfect for anyone looking for comfort and tranquility. What I like the most is how well maintained they are; they are constantly being serviced and cleaned, which keeps everything looking spotless. I’m impressed by how clean the hallways and common areas are, and they always smell amazing. Without a doubt, Reina does an excellent job — she’s the best at what she does.

im currently living here and i don’t think we’re going to stay another year. the hallways are always dirty and there was dog poo on one of the floors the elevators are always dirty and they don’t clean. the place overall looks disgusting. there’s homeless people using the fireplace because the doors don’t lock and they can get in and management doesn’t do anything about it.

Definitely don’t recommend living here. We absolutely loved the layout of the apartment but the management and the other people that live here don’t give a crap. There are loud kids always screaming in the halls. Dogs barking randomly. Crack heads sleeping in the stairwells, hallways always smelled the worst, birthday parties outside with people blasting their music for no reason. Dumb car people racing and doing doughnuts on state street. These are just a few problems We lived in a 1 bed apartment and was only able to have 1 parking spot in the garage. Speaking of the garage our car got doored so many times it was ridiculous how other people don’t care about other people’s nice things. For the other car we had to walk a whole block down the road to street parking where it was hard to even find a place to park on the street (especially with people and them not knowing how to parallel park correctly). Lastly we never got our security deposit back and we left the apartment in pristine condition!!!! We put the initial security deposit down and then they looked at our credit and told us that we had to put another $500 down because of our credit history length. I guess that is what we get for have 700+ score but being a young couple. Once we moved in as well, we had a rate that we were quoted and signed for!!! Then all of a sudden the manager was reaching out to us to try and pay $100 more each month saying that it was wrong in the system. VERY FALSE!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!
