The self tour was actually fun and I did it with my 3 years old son, he loved it. The apartments and everything around it is beautiful and looks so relaxing. I loved it the moment I stepped in so my son. The application process was easy and fast, I applied yesterday evening and was approved couple hours later. Ashley was really patient and super nice and helped me with the application. Sandra helped me do the moving process. Everyone is so welcoming. I am excited to call this apartment my home. really welcomed.

9 months into my lease and I'm so glad it is almost up. This has been the worst complex I've ever lived in and it's not even close. Neighbors are beyond loud/rude and even after submitting reports with clear cut evidence time after time, issues persist. It's gotten so bad that I've just given up and sleep with earplugs and use noise cancelling headphones. Complex is built cheap with walls and ceilings/floors paper thin. Amenities are always breaking. Freezing cold non heated pool constantly overflows into the hot tub. Elevators break constantly, trash chutes jammed/broken. My AC/Heat system is junk. I set my heat to 65° while away and came back to an apartment at 76°. The vapor fireplace also constantly breaks and the remote to change settings is nowhere to be found. Don't judge a place by 5 star reviews from tours, judge it by the residents they have lived in it for a while. I can't reccomend Current to anyone and I highly regret moving here.

I currently live here with my boyfriend and room mate. The facilities are nice, apartment is very nice and upscale. But the management is severely lacking in taking care of their residents and putting them first. We had a massive flooring issue in our unit, submitted a maintenance request, and the flooring started binding and popping up all over the apartment, in the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. They had to inspect the apartment “3” times before taking action and the flooring started binding kept getting worse and worse and became a safety hazard as the pieces were breaking up and becoming dislodged protruding from the floor. The issue wasn’t resolved until about 3 months later!! They also made us move all our stuff out without any help or even offer of help when it was their problem to fix. I have photos to prove all of this was happening. I also have a concern with the apartments late fee policy, it’s only a 3 day grace period and the fee is $200.00 . Recently we made the payment for the rent on the 3rd and weren’t notified until 2 days later that the payment didn’t go through. We showed management that funds were in the account and called the bank to see why it wasn’t paid. They said it was an ACH processing error and the apartments are still not willing to reimburse the late fee, even when we did make the payment, and it wasn’t our fault it was reversed. We asked very nicely for this to happen only to not be notified. Also the pools and amenities close at 10 all nights when many residents would prefer them to at least be open later on Friday and Saturday nights! We have lived here since the beginning and feel like they care more about money than the people who live here.

Visited this apartments for a house hunt. Tanner was such a help and answered all of my questions. He suggested about the future available units and I came to visit them again. Love his support and Appreciate the kindness. The apartments are beautiful especially the sky deck is to die for. I was thinking to move in to this place for a long time. With their offers in hand, Sounds like the perfect time to move in ♥️

This apartment complex is lovely and beautiful! It has all the amenities you need and all in just one building, easy access to the pool area, wonderful billiard room where you can hang out, private offices and lounge rooms including kitchen area, TV, cozy fire place and a huge gym inside the building! I fall in love with this building and I am so glad to move into our new apartment with my husband on the 6th floor with luxury 280 degrees view on the mountains all around! And special thank you to Ashley for her helpful assistance with application process and showing me different units by trying to satisfy all my preferences and expectations!!! So lovely!!!
