I don't leave many reviews, but I had to take the time to say that I absolutely had a great time not only viewing the property, but also with the communication with the Leasing Office. Leady was fun, energetic, very responsive, and welcoming. I felt like a friend was showing me around. I also loved how straight forward she was in her replies/responses to my questions. So far, my experience has been great.

For the square footage the two units I saw were too expensive. Flies swarming in circles in the outdoor patio. The elevator didn’t work so I had to use the stairs. Luedy, the manager was super nice and helpful.

Scheduled a tour ahead of time using the Clifton's scheduling system, and during the appointment window there was no one at the leasing office, and apparently, no one on-site at all. Why would anyone pay a premium for unprofessional management who can't even manage a calendar?

She walked me through the space with great attention to detail, answering all my questions thoroughly and honestly. Patrice didn’t just show me the apartment—she gave me a feel for the community, nearby amenities, and what day-to-day life could look like in the area. I really appreciated her patience and the personalized approach she brought to the tour. If you get a chance to tour with Patrice, you’re in great hands. She made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

i just viewed an apartment, 1st and foremost very clean property. the apartment was very nice and fresh inside from floor to ceiling.. Adriona the property manager gave Excellent Customer service answered all my questions, let me take my time viewing the property without interruption
