I really enjoy living at 47Hundred Apartments. The apartments are modern, the environment feels peaceful, and the team in the office is always helpful. I appreciate how clean the community stays and how quickly maintenance resolves any issue. It feels like a safe and pleasant place to call home.

The property manager Victoria, was very prompt & pleasant, the building was very clean. The units were very clean and move in ready. The service supervisor Gulliam was very helpful in giving me a tour of the state of art parking facilities. Would definitely recommend to friends and family 👍

Great apartments within walking distance to local restaurants and Whole foods near by. There is a coffee chop right next door with enough space to work from or study if you are looking for a good space for that near by. Also close to major freeways and Bart. The property is clean and well maintained. Victoria is quick to answer any questions or needs and Gillian is always willing to help and repair anything for your maintenance needs. Look no further this is the best place to live in Oakland!

I have had the privilege of moving many times (by choice) in the Bay Area to explore different neighborhoods and communities. As a senior woman, I’m drawn to newer/new apt. bldgs. for the comfort and workability of utilities, computer equipment, design of rooms, including windows, environmental advances-HVAC, rooftop garden for good air (mostly), views, and group activities, eg. weekly Yoga classes. 47Hundred meets these criteria. But what has become as important as bldg. management is how the manager and staff interact with each other, tenants, visitors, outside services- to promote a caring community of neighbors. Manager Victoria Brown excels at concern and care for others, as does Gillian, Maintenance supervisor. Victoria is the best manager of all apt bldgs! I think she should be honored for her dedication and consistency! Thank you!

I have lived here for over 4yrs now and the staff Ms. Victoria and maintenance man Mr Gilian are on top of any problems that we have always friendly, helpful,and and professional. I have moved around from different places and states and the staff Victoria and Gilian are the reason I stay, they truly care .
