Excellent customer service from both of the office ladies. They went above and beyond to make my daughters move a smooth transition and was courteous and professional. Very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

My experience has been wonderful here at Current Townhomes in Ogden. From when I first inquired, through the application process, to move in day the leasing staff has been friendly and extremely helpful. These homes are gorgeous inside and the outside grounds and surroundings are beautifully landscaped.

The location is ideal—close to everything but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The management team is friendly and always quick to help, and maintenance is fast and reliable. It’s been a great experience so far and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality place to live!

I moved in to these townhomes back in October and I’ll just say their maintenance guy is on top of things. I had a few issues early on but as soon as I called, maintenance showed up within minutes and helped fix my problems. The homes are nice and spacious and are conveniently located next to some amazing places to eat (shout out Ogden Beer Company!). And the rent isn’t stupid crazy expensive compared to most townhomes this size to rent! 5/5 would recommend living here.
