The staff is horrible and lies constantly. When I first moved in they lied about how much the first month rent would be along with all the additional fees they charge . When I told them that is not the amount I was quoted for the first month they did not do anything to fix the situation. I asked if their security cameras had audio to prove that is what I was told they said no . While talking to them before signing the lease I even wrote down the amount I was quoted . I got a notice my lease was over two months before the lease is supposed to be over . I have called several times and they have told me they will send me a email agreeing to let me stay until my lease is over and they won’t charge me at the cost of the month to month rent . Also had issues with small bugs day one of moving in and after four times of “spraying “ the bugs were finally gone . I had someone try and come into my apartment twice not knowing feeling unsafe I talked to the maintenance man Austin ( who is the only nice person I’ve dealt with )he said he will get me a different lock. I called the office they said he did call and will get me a lock. Tomorrow will be a month since I let them know .

Aleena is apart of the management team, and she’s done nothing but be absolutely amazing to my family & i. She’s so awesome to communicate with if i have any problems or anything she’s always there to help. I had some issues going on and i called her and she got it taken care of right away for me! The same day! if i could give her a million stars, i would! She’s been so helpful, and sweet to my family. SHES AWESOME!!

This place is an absolute joke. They claim to be a "luxury" apartment complex, but that's a complete lie. The only "luxury" here is the linoleum floors they slapped across the entire unit—if that's what passes for luxury, then I guess any building can make the claim. There are zero actual amenities. No pool, no gym, and worst of all—no elevator. So, if you're on the upper floors, get ready to lug everything up the stairs. Speaking of the stairs, they've printed braille on the stairway doors as their attempt at being accessible. It's not just ridiculous; it's dangerous. They clearly didn't think that one through. The hallways and the building itself? Filthy. Dog poop is everywhere, and a constant stench from the dog food factory across the street seeps into your apartment. The traffic noise is unbearable too. Not to mention, the building is falling apart—crumbling walls, broken fixtures, peeling paint. This is far from "luxury." To top it off, management is a nightmare. They are unresponsive, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in upholding their end of the lease. They love to hit you with random fees for no reason and refuse to address any concerns. It's a scam. This place is the opposite of luxury—it's a dirty, crumbling mess with no amenities, constant noise, and terrible management. Don't waste your time or money here!

In general, I love living here. The staff, especially Gabriel, have been so amazing and treated me so kind when things have been tough. The smell from the dog food plant isn’t bad. The water from the sprinkler systems make a mess on our cars and the spots are hard to get off. The reason why I can’t rate this place higher is because of my upstairs neighbors. It sounds like they are trying to stomp their way into my apartment and this goes on day and night. I pay my rent and shouldn’t have to deal with that. I don’t know if it’s the sound proofing of the building or just what they are doing up there but it’s driving me crazy. If it doesn’t change I’ll probably make this lease my last.

Ryann is such a great property manager! We've been living here since this place opened so there have definitely been a few small growing pains, and she has always went above and beyond to help us get resolutions to any issues we've ever had! The finishes inside our apartment far exceeded our expectations, and we have never heard our neighbors! Plus being so close to downtown while also having a great view is a huge bonus.
