I’ve been living here for a few months and overall it’s been a really good experience. and any small issues I’ve had were handled quickly by maintenance. The office staff is friendly and easy to reach, which makes things a lot less stressful and I feel safe in the area It’s definitely been a comfortable place to call home, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in this area.

This company pays people to write these fake reviews. Recently moved out, one of the worst management companies that I have ever dealt with, they will not answer your call don't respond to text, additionally no there is no address to which to send legal documents if you wish to take them to court. Just so everyone is aware as there lease is going to be vague here is their cost breakdown $5 (ACH Payment fee) + $75 (internet) + $15 (valet trash makes the hallways smell great) + $15 (per parking spot) $ 15 (Risk Mitigation Fee) + ~$55 (utility Fee)= $180 per month on top of your rent. I rented a 2 bedroom from this company for $1250 (listed price is more) can say that price was not even worth it, but hey low ball this company they'll take it no need to pay full price here. Upon move out this company took entirety of $500 deposit plus charged $216.72. For that cost you'd figure there's holes in the wall (pictures attached), nope they just decided to charge me extra $575 for cleaning the apartment (carpet, paint touchup etc.). Then charged me $136.72 for the first day of the next month after I moved out, moved out in August charge for first day in September, including a day of rent, and oh well you guessed it a $4.50 service fee how nice of them.

Living at The Carlo at Washington Apartments has been a fantastic experience. The new management is incredibly responsive and has really improved the community. My apartment is spacious and modern, with a large kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and central air. The patio/balcony is a great place to unwind. The location is ideal, with nearby parks, restaurants, and shops adding to the convenience. I love it here and highly recommend these apartments—5 stars!

I recently moved into The Carlo at Washington Apartments and I'm thrilled with my decision. The new management has made a noticeable difference, creating a welcoming and well-maintained community. The apartments feature spacious floor plans, modern finishes, large kitchen spaces, in-unit washer and dryer, central air, and a nice patio/balcony. The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, parks, and local shops. Overall, The Carlo offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Highly recommend—5 stars!

NEW MANAGEMENT! AND ITS WORSE THAN THE LAST TWO!! People are always parking in my spot. Management doesn't care, and recently got rid of the tow service that we could call. I pay 30 dollars a month for two spots I can never use. I reach out often, and get no answers, they don't even reply. Its infuriating. They advertise 24 hour care, and I never can get ahold of them outside of normal business hours. If a piple burst or something... they wouldn't know till the next morning. It's been problem after problem with new management, last week garbage never came to pick up, it was absolutely overflowed.. they could have filled 2 dumpsters with the amount of trash in the parking lot. I'm assuming they didn't pay them. Tow company hasn't been renewed... no 24 hour care or maintenance, there is no security in the parking lot. People wander through often looking in cars and trying doors. People are constantly in other peoples parking spots, double parked, or in the handicap spots because of lack of parking, and management doesn't seem to care. Everything in the apartment is cheap. Whenever you level things, you realize how crooked the place is, appliances are cheap. Water heaters often don't work in early winter... the hallways are disgusting. Trash drip trails on the floor, trash everywhere, holes in the walls... animal waste never gets cleaned up outside.... trash litters the parking lot... I could go on for days. But the real kicker is the lack of communication. Please call me back. Edit: you say you want to investigate further... and I should contact you to resolve these issues... but I have sent you pictures o Of the vehicles in my spots... explained the situation several times... and kept you updated with no response from you until after I left this review. Even then, all you said was you'd put together a spreadsheet, and asked me what number spots I rent?? That won't solve this at all. There's not confusion between residents... People are parking in spots that aren't theirs, or they think is empty... probably more likely guests to the building. What I need, is a 24 hour tow truck company I can call to come get the cars out of my spots. Love said you haven't paid to renew the contract. The "24/7" phone number you have for the office online should be more than enough to get in touch, i shouldn't need to email my apartment manager.. I feel like I've tried to get in touch enough for this problem. Please find a real solution and get back to me. You have my number. In the meantime I'll keep documenting these incidents and sending you pictures of people in my spot. Edit: they told us in December that they were going to fix the issue. They had me contact them after seeing this review. Don't be fooled by them pretending to care and having tenants reach out. I'm constantly ignored by the office. I'm constantly ignored by the person who told me to reach out, pretending they cared about our negative experience here. They don't care. It's been about 6 months since this parking issue started. With this new management because they failed to pay the towing company. Its been three since they saw this review and had me reach out to resolve this. They still don't have a tow company. It's still a free for all here. There's still loads of trash and animal waste on the property. They still don't care. Please avoid this headache, and look for an apartment that's not owned by this group. Because they are just in it for the money, and don't care about us at all. Can't even bother to respond to calls, emails, or texts.
