Honestly I wouldn’t bother with this place. The staff is so demeaning and they could care less to accommodate you and your needs. Half the time it’s them just having so many random fees with every single thing. I understand wanting a standard, but their fees are insane for every single thing. There’s something weird in the air in these apartments too. I know people have mentioned mold, and I never first hand saw any, but the air in my apartment was definitely not good, and by no means are they gonna clean anything above 5 feet when you move in. Caulking is horrible. Your air vents and fans probably have a couple decades of dust and grime. They say they have new technology, but it’s honestly the most cheaply made, useless stuff that doesn’t even work. But they expect you to see it as a valid reason to up their prices. They redo the parking lot, and just say “good luck finding parking!” As parking anywhere is just a fine waiting to happen. They say they are going to improve the gym, but honestly just made it even worse. Feels way more cramped and all they did was add a machine that maybe like 1 person can use at a time. All they care about is getting your money and they will find every possible way to do so. So I would be cautious if thinking about moving into this place.

I lived here for over 3 years, 2 different units. I have zero complaints. I am mostly writing this review to acknowledge how amazing the management is here. Heather and Alexis have been nothing but kind to me and it really makes a difference. Thanks for everything!

At first the experience wasn’t great—the apartment wasn’t clean when I moved in. But after new management took over, things improved a lot. Heather and her team are friendly, attentive, and very supportive. Maintenance is quick, the community is nice, and the location is close to shops, schools, and playgrounds. The apartment had great light and a beautiful view, plus the new amenities like the grill area, game room, and movie theater were a big plus. Just be sure to keep your car locked, even in the private parking.

My wife and I have been residents here for over three years and have been extremely happy with our decision to live here. The facilities are well-maintained, the apartments are spacious, the rent is reasonable and the management is phenomenal. They go above and beyond every day to help residents. They are always professional and respectful, and we have had nothing but good experiences whenever we've needed help with anything. Maintenance is also prompt, friendly, and polite. All in all, we have loved living here and expect to continue to love this community.

Living at Canyon View Crossing was the best decision we've ever made, and renewing for a third time is even better. Excellent team in the office and maintenance, a beautiful place. If you're on the fence about moving here, believe me, it's worth it.
