Management is pretty good except a few recent sour experiences. -They pay tenants for 5 star reviews -The laundry room has only ever had 2 working washers while I’ve lived here (for hundreds of people…) -Frequent ding dong ditchers -You’ll get towed if you use the Loading Zone (told me I’d have to take them to small claims before they’d reimburse me)

Just renewed our contract. Reasons we renewed: 1. The washers and dryers are so much better now with the new maintenance and new machines they added. 2. Love the location. 3. We love our neighbors.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! My sister and I rented from them for 2 years (2023-2025) and it was fine until you try to move out. First off, the apartment was disgusting, they do not clean it at all. It’s communal washers and dryers that do not work had the time and just steal your money. When my sister and i went to move out, the claimed we damaged $2600 worth of the property, which was damaged before we moved it. They have not tried at all to work this out with us, they essentially stop all communication with you once you’re out. This has been the worst landlord experience i’ve ever had, save yourself the stress and DO NOT RENT FROM COURTSIDE APARTMENTS!!

I’ve been living at Courtside Apartments for a little over a month, and so far my experience has been good. The maintenance and management team seem very responsive and are very nice and professional. The only downside for me is the laundry situation. There’s a shared laundry room instead of in-unit washers and dryers, which might be inconvenient if you prefer to do laundry at home. Also a heads up, parking is closely monitored. If you don’t have your car registered properly, the towing company they use will tow your car. It’s a little strict, but as long as you stay on top of your registration, it shouldn’t be a problem. Igor my car booted once and it took hours to resolve the issue which made me late for work. Overall, it’s a nice place with great management, just be aware of the laundry setup and parking rules.
