What a beautiful, quiet, clean place to live. I’ve been here about 3 years now. 2024/2025 were a bit of a struggle with cleanliness and residents not cleaning up after their pets. New management came in 3-4 months ago and have been AMAZING. The new manager, Daniela, has really gotten this place running smoothly. She is often busy juggling resident events and corporate priorities but her efforts and passion are truly shining through!

If there’s any review you read and take into consideration, LET IT BE THIS ONE! I wish I would’ve listened to previous reviews… Do NOT move here unless you like the following (pictures/proof also shown): 1. HIGH TURNOVER FROM MANAGEMENT: in the 15 months we lived here, we saw about 4-5 staff leave. They also just don’t care if you have questions/concerns, they hate when they have to do their job. 2. POOR COMMON AREA CLEAN UP/DAMAGE THAT YOU ARE STILL REQUIRED TO PAY FOR: broken glass, dog feces and urine EVERYWHERE, trash/mold/beer bottles you name it, this place is riddled in it. 3. LOUD NEIGHBORS AND COMPLICIT STAFF: no matter how much you complain, they do not care and in fact are annoyed when you do. 4. UNSAFE LIVING: COUNTLESS theft, drugs and alcohol, and break-ins!! and no communication from staff if you ask questions! it’s EMBARRASSING 5. BROKEN AND OUT OF SERVICE AMENITIES!! 6. YOU WILL FIGHT FOR PARKING 7. HIDDEN FEES AND RIDICULOUS COSTS: simply put, what you pay does NOT reflect the luxury they are always advertising.

I am very happy with my experience at Parkway Lofts because of the new office staff. They are friendly and professional, and they truly care about the residents. I have brought every issue I had to their attention, and I have always received a prompt, professional response. Since the new office staff took over, I feel much more at home and a higher level of management in my community. Thank you so much to all of the hardworking employees who have made this possible! Toured Parkway lofts today and this property is absolutely incredible! The staff was equally as amazing and make it feel like home. Smith so kindly gave me a tour when I knew they closed within the half hour no questions asked and even insisted. The time he spent with me was so intentional and he was so knowledgeable about the property. Couldn’t recommend more. Spent some time with Melissa after the tour and she is absolutely incredible and really cares about her people. Such a friendly face who genuinely cares. Both so knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. 100/10 stars if I could!

I really like living here. The location is great, right next to I-15, and it’s surprisingly quiet. The management team takes good care of you whenever you bring up a maintenance issue or any other need. I also want to highlight Smith, who truly goes the extra mile to help with anything you need.

Overall parkway lofts is great place to make a home! Everything here is high end so definitely worth the money you pay!
