I enjoy the housing year at UVU. I have met good friends and live comfortably across from campus.

Just about every "amenity" listed on their website is false. The volleyball court? No, you get a pathetic square of sand riddled with grass that hasn't been cut in years. Clubhouse? That's an extremely generous term for what is really just the leasing office with a beanbag chair. All over the property you can see disrepair and and a hazardous environment. The parking lot is riddled with potholes, the stairs leading up to one of the buildings are crumbling and leave a serious safety hazard, the stairs in the buildings are word away, perpetually dirty, and covered in mold. The people at the leasing office are missing half the time during office hours and the number they want you to call is unresponsive and has a full voicemail. Communication is non existent. The website is extremely outdated and has false claims such as "free fast wifi" and "cable TV included." The property is managed by Nelson Brothers Inc. and a single online search shows a history of failure and detrimental cost cutting. Never ever move in here.

Having the bottom floor is super convenient especially when bringing in groceries or moving in/out. The living room is cozy and parking is also close to the building which is really nice. There’s a bus stop nearby and bike rack too.

The apartments are pretty great overall. It's an amazing location right off UVU campus and the freeway, and management is really good at setting a good environment.

This place has an excellent location with easy access to UVU, UVX, and Walmart. However, The grounds are somewhat trashy, the apartments are worn down, and management is often too busy to be responsive.

The new management has been on top of things and really care about us residents and that we enjoy living here. I renewed my contract for another year and I would renew it again.

Parking space is fine. The lines and the other drivers are very bad. Lines desperately need to be repainted in the parking lots. The hard water has crusted over the kitchen sink to the point that it barely works properly and the hard water in the bathrooms is causing me skin irritation and hair and scalp issues. At least it’s cheap and close to campus

It’s literally bc across the street from UVU which is the main reason I like it here. It’s also one of the cheapest options between Orem and Provo. The dryers in the laundry room don’t completely dry your load most of the time and it’s not remotely ADA accessible. But the apartments are a reasonable size and the roommate match system seems to work for most people.
