Absolutely loved living here! It was safe, and clean with great management. It is a friendly community with plenty of opportunities to make friends but not loud and disruptive. You can be either an introvert or an extrovert and thrive here! The best management I've had at a complex, they are so kind and super fast to respond to maintenance orders. The maintenance is awesome too! There is always plenty of parking and the apartments are fully furnished with a washer and dryer in unit.

This has been a great place to live! The apartments are all very spacious, and are kept in great condition! There is plenty of parking, so you're never without a spot! They are all private rooms and you're only sharing a bathroom with one other person. These are awesome apartments available at an awesome cost!

This place is super nice. The parking garage is always like half empty so you always get a good spot. The management has been great and responds super fast. it’s not the most modern but the apartments are solid.

I’ve had a very positive experience! Management is great to work with, and Matt takes time to personally get to know each resident. The apartments and rooms are spacious and well maintained, and the other tenants are respectful and courteous. I’ve met great people living here, and I love how close it is to campus and Walmart!

I've enjoyed my time here, and I really like the amenities. The price is great. There are rules to keep to avoid fines, though, and cleaning checks are stringent. It is one bus stop from UVU, and one light uphill from a Walmart. It tends to be pretty quiet.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time at Ventana. Management is great and the location is perfect. My one complaint is they close the hot tub in November. But other than that I am a fan of this place. It’s quiet and a chill place to live. This is my second year here!
