July Free - Lease Transfer Private Room

I am selling my lease! Ventana management is kind and easy to work with. There's a pool and hot tub open during spring-fall, In-unit laundry and private bedroom with a large closet and shared bathroom. Bathrooms have dual sinks and there are additional in-unit storage closets. I’m looking to sell as soon as possible so I’d be willing to pay July rent as incentive.
