Great place! Plenty of parking, close to UVU, lots of amenities. Most of their places have updated kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms, and the people there are friendly and sociable.

I love how good management is at communicating about shuttle delays, cleaning checks, lease renewing, etc. I've never had any issues contacting them or requesting maintenance. Some of the appliances aren't in the best shape like the dishwasher backs up sometimes or the bathroom fan won't work. It's a pretty quiet and really safe area with great people! Public transit is amazing around here with the frontrunner station just a 2 minute drive away and a bus stop right in front of the apartments.

$450 for a private room + utilities which were never over $40. Really social place. Maintenance was always good about fixing stuff the day you told them about it. I had great roommates. Also nice that they have options for private rooms and shared. My favorite thing is that it is right next to UVU and the freeway, so getting to work doesn’t take forever. And you cannot hear the freeway. Most people that live here are in their low twenties. Only complaints are that the coin laundry is expensive and fridge is a little tight.
