It's hard for me to put into words what me and my co-worker witnessed today. I set up a google account just so I can leave a review to warn people of this entablement. In 52 years I have never watched a company treat people with such disrespect. I wish I would have recorded it so I could have my kids post it online. This place cares nothing for there patients. The arrogance and lack of common care was astounding by this establishment. Watch your patients and train your employees how to care for people that may not be able to care for themselves. For Heavens Sake they are human beings and deserve your respect. This is in a industrial area and they let them wonder all around outside because they don't have the space to care for them. It seems like a government funded facility that cares nothing for the people who come to them.

This place is an absolute nightmare was moved into this place when I was younger to get help with schooling and a bunch of other stuff never ended up getting the help that I needed to be able to be successful I had to do it all on my own none of the staff there were never ever helpful they always were worried about the money too much violence from roommates busting out windows kicking in people's doors ripping out hanging light fixtures out of the ceiling constant fights from people along with items being stolen all they do is take people in to get money out of them got a full time job moved out on my own into my own apartment because I knew that I would do better on my ow n since nobody ever helped me there and all they do is make the clients look terrible and write a bunch of bullshit about them. I AM HAPPIER LIVING ON MY OWN THAN I EVER HAVE BEEN I would never recommend this place to absolutely Anybody unless you want your family member Or friend to be dead

I came on here to write a review on what I saw today and it seems so did a couple of our other neighbors when I read other reviews first. I must have missed the part about the pop being taken but overall I was very upset how this companies staff handled the situation. If it was me I would be more concerned about the people they are caring for. It seemed they have had a history with one or both of these neighboring companies were people are in unsafe areas on this street. This is my first week working in this area and already I'm very upset and how this company does business. Please don't be sending your loved ones to a place like this. Sit outside for one day & watch these poor souls. See for yourself how depressing and lonely they look at this place.

If you are sending family members here I would be very concerned. FYI all the 5 Star reviews are employees not clients or there families. We are the neighboring property to this facility. They have clients (Your Family Members) that should be watched or at the very least supervised and they are not. Multiple times a week they are felt outside unattended. We have a shop next door with lots of dangerous tools and they wonder on our premises. If that was my child I would never trust them to care for them. I bought this serious issue to there attention multiple times with no resolve. I tried contacting Wendy yet again and they said you need to calm down. They don't even understand the seriousness of situation and how dangerous it is to leave them unattended in a commercial environment. There are busy roads and large trucks all over this area. We have already contacted the police to report this poor management of these sweet clients. Next step is KSL Matt Gephardt. Pictures will start being updated to this review often of unattended clients out near the road.

this is regaurds to orem service. they bully their clients wont let them talk on the phone or see there families whoever has people in there get them out as fast as you can if I was in there I would of left the first week someone needs to do an investigation asap ive never heard of that place It needs to be shut down I have someone in there that wants out bad its like a prison HELP THEM SEE THERE FAMILIES AGAIN FOR GOOD
