Ozarks Technical Community College Housing Requirements
Freshman Live-On Requirement
Ozarks Technical Community College does not have a freshman live-on requirement because the college has no on-campus housing of any kind. OTC is a fully commuter institution, and all students, regardless of age or year, are responsible for arranging their own housing in Springfield or the surrounding region.
Off-Campus Eligibility
All students are automatically off-campus residents since OTC operates no residence halls. Students may live anywhere in the Springfield metro area or surrounding communities and commute to the main campus or one of OTC's satellite locations.
