I can’t say enough good things about Morgan at our apartment complex. When we first moved in, we had a really negative experience with the previous manager, and it made us consider leaving. But once Morgan stepped in, everything changed for the better. She was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about our needs. Thanks to her dedication, we were able to move into a better apartment quickly and smoothly. Morgan truly turned our experience around, and we’re so grateful for her help!

Never come here it is terrible. The room here is full of cockroaches and u will find one EVERYONE EVERY MORNING EVERY NIGHT. I sometimes get scared of cockroaches crawling up to my face. When i first came the lady was amazing until there was a new lady and she was full of attitude and seems like she is very racist and only talk nicely to her race, rude. I feel better that i left also this apartment is very small ur rooms are small and it’s so geto.

I lived here for one year, unit 114. At the beginning of the stay it was decent, (besides my car being stolen the first time of moving in. Not much they could’ve done, just not a good area). 6 months into living here, my girlfriend and I started noticing cockroaches. Brought the attention the front office and they had someone come spray, and lay bait. That only did so much because our neighbors weren’t allowing them to come and spray their apartment as well. So they’d go away for a days, hide in our neighbors unit, and then come right back. Rosie, the office manager, was very kind and tried to be as accommodating as she could. The cockroach problem continued until we left and only got worse. We had to throw most of our furniture away due them being infested. Few things to note that were a bit weird, can’t use the A/C all year, Jacuzzi never worked, neighbors stole packages (literal Christmas presents), the street noise is really bad as well.

From the beginning, this place was very welcoming. Healthful and a nice place to live. I've lived here since Oct.2022 and my experience was good for the most part. I liked it for what it was until I moved into a one bedroom which the price was fair and the space is exceptional. Yet the roaches was getting to be a bit much. Now,I move into a nice two bedroom, but what came after moving into has been a nightmare! I was told that I owed money from previous apartment for light fees, my concern is that I never not paid my agreement on time and the shock of it all is when they said I owed whatever the fees were I paid. So my concern is how do I owe late fees on something I never was told I owed during my whole time here until now. That's not fair, especially I've been doing my part as it was given to me per contract.
This have me really upset that I just signed another year contract!!!

Glen Arbor Apartments is such a nice place to live. My family and I love our apartment! The application process was smooth, and we were kept informed during the whole process. The Manager Amanda is professional, very responsive, and she takes care of Maintenance requests quickly. The property is clean and well maintained, there's plenty of parking available, and the location is super close to the freeway which is convenient. There's also plenty of lighting which makes you feel safe at night. I also appreciate the fact that the apartments are pet friendly. Overall I recommend this apartment building, it's super quiet and everyone seems to mind their business.
