We had a problem with our room and Rashad seriously helped us out with our problem. He was very quick and he got things resolved for us very quickly. I recommend this stay to anybody looking to have a good experience.

Important Clarification: Anova Central Station Is NOT Placemakr, and I Absolutely Love Living Here! I am posting this because there is a one-star review below from Roberto that was accidentally placed under Anova Central Station. His stay was with Placemakr Downtown Phoenix, which is a completely separate short-term rental company. Anova Central Station and Placemakr share the same address, but they are not the same property ownership, not the same management, and not the same experience. As a long-term resident of Anova Central Station and actually one of the first people to move in back in June, I want to share that living here has truly been wonderful. Even while the new-construction work continues, the amenities, the overall design of the building, and the atmosphere have made this an amazing place to call home. The staff here deserves recognition as well. Carla, Laura, and Spencer are always warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful with anything I need. The issues Roberto described, such as towels, room setup, and check-in communication, all relate to Placemakr’s short-term units, not Anova’s long-term apartment community. Placemakr has its own Google business page. Roberto, if you happen to see this, it would really help future residents if you could move your review to the Placemakr Downtown Phoenix page so it reaches the correct company. For anyone considering a long-term home at Anova, my experience has been nothing but positive, and I do not see myself leaving anytime soon.

Unable to find a hotel for my convention I decided to book this hotel unfortunately there is no support whether it’s room change or getting towels. The water was rusty a lot of dust in the room and there’s no phone number to talk to anyone. You basically have to check yourself in And there’s no one at the front desk. They only go there to meet you and demand that you tell them when you need to check in and you need to check in a certain hour or else you’ll lose your reservation – unreal it’s paid for what do they care for from there or not?
