I’m excited to be moving into this community. From the start, the staff has been welcoming and helpful, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Sonia from the leasing team was especially great — she answered all my questions, stayed communicative, and made sure everything was taken care of. The community itself is well maintained and offers nice amenities that really add to the living experience. Another big plus is the location, with essential stores, services, and public transportation all conveniently nearby. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience so far and am looking forward to living here.

I’ve really loved living here. From the first day I moved in, it just felt comfortable and welcoming. You can tell the staff genuinely care about the community and the residents. Anytime I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve responded quickly and fixed the issue without any hassle. One of my favorite things is how peaceful it is. It’s quiet at night, and everyone I’ve met has been friendly and respectful. The amenities are a big bonus too — I actually use the gym. It’s also super convenient being close to stores and restaurants, but still feeling tucked away from all the noise. Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to live here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-kept place to call home.

This is my 13th year as a Colter Park resident. The office staff has always been helpful. However, this Saturday morning they weren't open yet, and I had locked my phone in the fitness room. Jerry, one of the maintenance personnel, helped me retrieve my phone. He was glad to help me out. He's certainly an asset to this complex! Thanks again Jerry!

I’ve lived at some crappy communities but this one changed everything for me. Staff is always so positive and willing to listen, property is well kept, maintenance is super busy because of how big the place is but they are always bringing a positive attitude and pretty quick to address any requests.. honestly you can’t ask for more as a tenant I feel like. The location is great and they are always trying to make improvements. I also love the events they have every month, super fun and thank you for always thinking of us and our amazing neighbors!! I love it here and my neighbors are great. Definitely recommend :)

Jade was honestly amazing to work with. From the start, she had such a great attitude that instantly made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy. She communicates really well—and quick to respond, which I appreciated a lot. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she’s helping, because she stays positive and patient no matter what. The service she provided was smooth, stress-free, and way better than I expected. I’m really grateful for how she handled everything, and I’d absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone who’s professional but also easy to talk to.
