This was an absolutely terrible place to live. I wish I could raise more awareness about it. I stayed here about 1–2 years ago, and the experience was awful. First, the environment was constantly trashed. Children ran through the streets at all hours with no supervision, creating a very chaotic and unsafe atmosphere. Second, after using their laundromat, I ended up with a bedbug infestation. On top of that, there was a serious roach problem coming from the sewers, and they would even crawl into the bubble ceilings. Lastly, the area was extremely unsafe. A predator once tried to kidnap me, yet there were no cameras anywhere. To make matters worse, the second entrance door had visible bullet holes in it — a clear sign of how dangerous it was

Ive been living here for about 2 years when i first moved in it was a mess lots of music lots of bad things going on always dirty and just not a good property would have not recommended …. Now its always clean everyone in the office is friendly only thing no washer work on the back pool needs to be fixed. Either then that i recommend Glen Rosa park

Hey, I have lived here for more than 2y now but I don't recommend anyone to come here. I had my dishwasher broken since last year.I requested maintenance and called and go to the office multiple times but they never helped. The broken dishwasher caused mold and my baby is allergic to it now I have to take her to my parents house to sleep there every night in order to save her life. Here it full or roaches and broken appliances which they don't fix no matter how many times you request maintenance or go the front office. Manager is so rude I don't know if they treat everyone the same way they treat me or if is because of who I am. I can't wait to move out.

UPDATE 11/20/2024: And now there are kids harassing us and stomping on our door? There are no security or cameras to catch them either. So now not only are we dealing with the roaches but now I have to be mindful of my surroundings, too. Absolutely unacceptable. I initially left 3 stars, but it went down to 1. If my husband and I had the funds, we'd already be gone. We've lived here for a year and a half now. It wasn't as bad moving here in the beginning as it is now. The roaches are HORRIBLE. I can't even put my drink down for 5 minutes without finding one or two in my cup! We already contacted maintenance to do something about it, and we did the necessary preparations, just to come back and find out that they did nothing. We sprayed, gassed, left traps, and NOTHING is working. Don't move here. It's not worth the stress.
