Beverly here,and I just want to over ride all the negativity about Palmaire apartments..First up I have been living here for a month now,and let me tell you all something, this place is so safe versus where I moved from, where I used to live, you literally had to sleep with one eye open or your shotgun. I had people knocking on my door at 4:30 in the morning or trying to turn a knob that was very uncomfortable to where I was paying a lot of rent and let me tell you there was no type of security people off the street can walk on the property. People were sleeping on the stairs. And at that time, management never cared, they just cared about the rent money.The maintenance team, we didn't even know if we had a maintenance team.Because you see him one day or you didn't see him the next so I love palmaire apartments, laura and Veronica are amazing and caring managers. They make sure everything is on point and they're just fantastic. They answer all of your questions, the best that they can, and they do what they can, and I'm excited, because there are managers and maintenance team to actually live on the property. Now, our maidens team, oh, my God, I love our maidens team. These guys work so hard. They're out there at 8 o'clock every morning, making sure the property is kept well, which the property is kept very well and they answer on things quickly, and I never seen this done anywhere else. So if you're really looking for a safe place, I call it my safe haven. By all means, Palm air apartments is the place to move. And I plan to be here for a very, very, very, very long time cause I feel safe here, and this place is just simply beautiful and amazing and the people that live here are amazing so yeah. I'm a tenant for life LO.L I love my manager's and maintenance team.

1. infested with roaches (no matter how much you clean). It got worse when winter came and ig people moved out. It got so bad that I had to just up and leave the apartment. Roaches running across the counter while cooking and in my bed. Especially building 3. 2. Appliances are old and everything is broken. Pieces of the floor rip they just cover it up. My entire toilet moves when u sit on it. 3. Randomly charge $125 utility fee (might as well find a better apartment in a nice area for the same price. And I did..applied for a new place and moved out all in 1 week ). 4. Maintenance entered my apartment twice and the apartment did not notify me. They claimed it was a leak in my apartment even though everything was fine before I left. I think they were being nosy because my mom was staying w/me and she was moving things out. They grabbed one of my towels and my pot to try to control the leak. 5. They towed my car while I was signing the lease (was a red flag) I was parked in future resident 6. Get a PO Box and don’t have packages delivered here. Packages goes to the office if can’t fit in mailbox. I had a gift mailed to me it was stolen. 7. Honestly don’t move here unless it’s the last resort. I rather live in my car. 8. Hookers all in the area 9. My apartment wasn’t cleaned when I moved in. 10. Water is eh 11. The staff is all in house 12. No parking for guest unless they can find something on the street but non existent in complex. 13. I’m sure the reviews are fake 14. A man who is supposed to be security sits by the mailbox during the day (creepy) 15. Only positive is everyone was pretty nice. They seem like they would work with you.

Ive lived here for a number of years now. The grounds are nicely kept, maintenance is quick and attentive. The manager and his supervisor Cody have always been super nice and helpful. Highly recommend living here!!

I recently moved into Palm Aire, and couldn't be happier with my experience so far! The ladies in the office have been incredibly welcoming and helpful from the very beginning. They made the entire move in process stress free and have continued to be responsive and kind with all of my questions. Overall, I'm glad I chose to live here and it already feels like home. Highly recommended!

So far Choosing Palm Aire, has been a breeze :) — and I mean that in the GOOD way. No drama, no headaches, and a manager who doesn’t just sit in the office pretending to work. Laura is on top of everything and treats residents like real people, not unit numbers. 10/10 Glad to make Palm Aire my new home!
