Cenza Apartments is honestly a beautiful and generally safe place to live. The property is well-maintained, the units are nice, and the community itself is quiet and clean. From that standpoint, I’ve been happy living here. However, the parking situation has been extremely frustrating and poorly handled. Residents are only assigned one parking space, and you’re told there is a “short wait list” for additional parking. I’ve now been on that wait list for over five months with zero movement or updates. Management cannot provide any timeline or explanation, and it feels like the list simply goes nowhere. More concerning is that I require a handicap parking space. I have brought this up repeatedly and have asked multiple times for reasonable accommodation. Unfortunately, my requests are either ignored or never followed up on at all. There has been no communication, no solution, and no sense of urgency — which is especially disappointing given that this is an accessibility issue. At this point, I’m not even sure whether the way this is being handled is legal. It’s frustrating because this property has so much potential to be great, but the lack of responsiveness and accountability from management — especially regarding parking and accessibility — significantly impacts the living experience. If parking and ADA accommodations were handled properly, this would easily be a 5-star community. Until then, renters should be aware of these ongoing issues before signing a lease.

As my lease ends after over 2 years of living at CENZA I wanted to say that I had an amazing experience living here. If I could stay here forever I would but I have a far commute now. To highlight I never had an issue with my apartment or neighbors. As someone that has been living in apartments her whole life I can say that no building will ever bee “sound proof” that’s just part of apartment living. I see a lot of comments about noise but no matter where you live unless it’s a house of your own, noise will be something you’ll always deal with, I believe that you just have to adapt to the apartment life style and living with many neighbors together and know that the noise has nothing to do with the actual management. Management can’t control how people walk on their feet or how they live. I’d also like to say that awesome resident events that were hosted by apartment life Alex and Holden really brought the community together. They’ve truly made a great impact in the community and always made sure that residents felt listened to and cared for. Having a few check ups on us during the year and celebrating new things in our lives. When it comes to parking I never had an issue. I can say that all apartment buildings have limited parking .so no matter where you go parking will be limited to residents not so much guests. When I had guest I never struggled to find parking as we would prepare ahead of time or we would just pick them up from Sam’s Club which is a minute drive. Also, pricing is one of the best pricing around town for a newer building which is a big plus. Sad to leave CENZA
