I have been here for almost 3 years now. It is a great place to live. Bianca the office manager is great. She is always on top of everything and truly cares for all her tenants. The maintenance crew is great as well and always tries to fix things right away. Everyone here is friendly and kind. I have always felt safe here. Moved here for school and the application process is pretty simple. Definitely recommend this complex for any students. It is super close to CSUF.

The manager Bianca is terrible. Extremely unpleasant and inconsiderate, hopefully they can find a better replacement soon. Also no guest parking.

Beautiful well maintained grounds, clean apartments and quiet neighbors. It’s a tiny oasis. My family of three loved living there .. would recommend!!

The apartment manager, Bianca, is very uncooperative. She is not helpful at all and has a very off-putting attitude whenever you go into the office.
We have three cars and are only allowed two parking spaces so we alternate every night who parks on the street. VERY frustrating if you get home after 4pm because its almost impossible to find a space on the street. We've also tried to purchase another spot but Bianca states none are available even though there are PLENTY open/non-used spots in the south-west corner parking lot.
Our apartment is clean but the maintenance crew has taken at least a year to fully fix one of our closets. They temporarily fixed it but its still missing a track.
BUT THE WORST THING ABOUT THIS COMPLEX ARE THE MAINTENANCE WORKERS WHO TREAT THE PARKING LOTS LIKE A PLAYGROUND. One of them in a red pick up truck and blasts his music because he has subwoofer that shakes the whole complex. Its not cool and super annoying. People have complained but Bianca (the rude manager) is married to him and wont do anything about it.
The only reason this place has three stars is because our apartment is clean and our next door neighbors are quiet and respectful. (Could be worse right?)
