So issue is that they really don’t care about the families that live here. We’re not perfect so I don’t mind that they lie about the rent that always fluctuates, the light, water, sewer, garbage. I think the only thing that has actually kept the same price is the cable and internet packaged. Any who I was ok with its life what frustrates me is that lack of caring for their tenants. What I mean is that they don’t care about one. Last year when it snowed they didn’t care to throw ice melt for us my son slip on the ICE and fell. I called them and I was nice about it didn’t didn't threat or yelled just told that they sure really throw ice-melt so this happen to other ppl and left it at that. Now here we are today 02/21/26 and they are just barely throwing ice melt now that frustrated me more it snowed 02/17/26. I know of lower come income apts that will put out buckets of ice melt on each breeze way and will throw icemelt that same day and will come in early to throw more ice melt. That’s crazy how this place charges a lot but can’t maintain their resident safe. Parking has gotten better but u still have company vehicles parking in what little parking spots we have and they know where they supposed to park and management don’t do anything about it either. Its not like they are driving small cars these are big trucks and some with stuff sticking out the bed of the truck. I had to vent. Please please 🙏 don’t not respond to this as I am not looking for an answer as to why or an excuse to make u feel better. Be honest to yourself.

Look up their website. Their website says claims 8 weeks free rent plus $1500. Minimum term applies. Walked in meet with a leasing agent. Told him I'm looking for a 3 bedroom. Website as of this writing shows a 3-bedroom 2 bath $1920 before added usage-based cost. The leasing agent told me they are now $2350. Asking why the huge difference. He said their pricing changes every single day!! Which is code for. We lie on our website to get you inside. I truly thought Greystar was reputable Property Management Group. Whenever a leasing agent tells you their prices change daily. RUN!!!! Don't walk out of the office. Unless you want to feel like you're in a car dealership or love to negotiate. Stay away. I'm going to keep looking. I'm crossing off any Greystar managed properties off my list.

I genuinely love living here! I recently renewed my lease for another 18 months (shout out to Misty for saving my bacon!) and I couldn't be happier! We've lived in the 'west lot' for a previous 18 months and couldn't have been happier. It's quiet and safe and I can count on one hand how many times we've had issues or been dissatisfied with our experience over the past 18 months of our previous lease. While I'll concede to other reviews that living here is indeed, not cheap, what you get with ammenities and a smiths groccery store so close you could throw a rock to it definitely outweighs the cost in my opinion. Having 2 small childeren and being able to walk 200 yards to the store really quick when I forget something has been game changing.

I found this place after looking through several different places to live. What drew me in was the location (it’s in a very convenient one for me rn), they’re cleanliness when they present (I like to keep my spaces nice, and I don’t want to move anywhere that’s not well-maintained) and there amenities. The pool and hot tub are nice, yes, but the gym was a big seller to me because I’m a person who’s active but avoids big commercial gyms. Thank you. Would totally recommend.

I was really wanting to move in when my wife told me about this place They try to reel you in with a 1-2k$ gift card and 2 months free of rent I was told the rent is 2400$ 2519 after fees. But that doesn’t make sense if you look at the billing paper. You have to pay for -community water -community gas -community sewage But get this! You have to pay for own house as well. Whose gas am I paying for? Why are all the tenants paying 30-80 for water? For who? Not your own house This would be understandable if you had good parking and a nice house. I was told this was built in 2021 but people have lived in it for less than 2 years - 3 outlets not screwed in - vent not screwed in just set into the wall. - spiket is held in to the dry wall with wood screws - high voltage outlet is electrical taped in - doors don’t shut in the garage for the water heater - there is not one spot in the house where the trim is even -the wall in the garage pretrudes 3in out from The bad trim so you can stick your hand behind it. - water damage on the trim from a leaking window seal - both drawers in the bathroom fell out - cloths hangers are barely held into the dry wall not a stud - paint on everything single side of every single door I’m kept getting told it isn’t done. These are not damages caused by previous residents this is just stuff that isn’t done. For 2500$ it’s just sad I wish the employees would just tell me the price just dodged around it abunch
