Devan, Chyna and Jeanice are the absolute best team I have met. Super attentive and super easy and helped get into the one I wanted for a great price. This is an apartment I don't mind spending extra since they have all the different amenities and trash valet. Love it so far!

I’ve only been living at Viewpointe Apartments for about a week, but my experience so far has been very pleasant. I plan to provide a follow-up review after I’ve been here longer, but I wanted to share how great the move-in and first week have been. The front office team has been incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Any questions or requests I’ve had have been handled quickly and professionally. Maintenance has also been excellent — I submitted a couple of non-urgent requests and they were completed within two business days. My apartment was very clean at move-in, which made settling in much easier. The community itself feels welcoming, and my neighbors have all been friendly. I’ve also been really impressed with how well the amenities and common areas are maintained. The gym is beautiful and always clean. One evening I noticed paint spilled outside in a common area, and by the next day maintenance was already there power-washing and taking care of it — which really shows how much they stay on top of upkeep. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far, and I’m looking forward to updating my review after living here longer.

I've lived here for over a year now! My only complaint would be that they didn't advertise rent very well. When I moved in I was told it would be about $200 more than what it said online, but I actually pay about $400 more in hidden fees (my rent is usually close to $1700 and I expected $1300). I also have never made a late payment or given/received any complaints, but they still raised my rent at the end of my lease. It puts a big financial strain on me that I wasn't expecting. Other than that, the office people are super chill and the neighbors are quiet. Good "starting over" apartment. 7/10, renewed my lease for another year :)

I wanted to wait until I had lived here for a while before leaving a review, and now that I’ve been at Viewpointe Apartments for 7 months, I feel confident sharing my experience. Maintenance is always relatively fast whenever I need something checked or fixed, and the rent payment process is super easy. The staff is friendly—especially the manager, who has always been helpful and welcoming. The community feels cozy, the pool is nice, and I love that they host little events every month to bring everyone together. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to live for my family!

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and have loved it! Quiet neighbors, responsive management team, and updated amenities! The new dog park looks great and is cleaned regularly so you’re not stuck with the smells during the hot months, pool area is large with new chairs and umbrellas and they redid the gym! Jeanice has been so helpful with answering questions and helping us move to a larger apartment and Chyna was kind enough to give us a tour of available apartments over the weekend! Cannot recommend this place enough with the new management team!!
