Very thoughtful maintenance supervisor Julian!! The other staff is so kind and thoughtful too. Keeping the building tidy, up to date, quick to address maintenance requests. Need a lightbulb? There within 24 hours! Lots of upgrades since Julian took over and open to tenet suggestions! He’s even working on a garage motorcycle hook up for me!

When first applying for this apartment I saw some pretty bad reviews about management, but coming from the east coast I'm used to that so I took a chance on it because I loved the apartment itself. I have been here for about a month and a half now and am very pleased with the apartment and the convenience of the neighborhood.
From what I understand, in the past few months the building has come under new management, and I have had great experiences with them thus far. Christian and Kristen at the leasing desk are both so friendly and helpful, and Julian is truly one of the best maintenance professionals I've had in my many years of renting! He's particularly considerate about pet owners and needs regarding our furbabies. Seeing a friendly face from management every day makes me feel confident that any issues I have in the future will be addressed accordingly.

I’ve been living here a few months and have had a great experience with the management and maintenance team so far. The team is friendly and always willing to help. The team here is small so sometimes it takes time for a response to requests but knowing the team is small I’ve been impressed with how much they manage. In particular I want to give Julian a shout for always offering to lend a hand when he sees me needing one and when Dale came to fix things I found needed fixing post my move he was fast and went above and beyond fixing more than i asked.

Having moved in mid-April (2025), when the old management was still in place, to now, a few months in to the new management, I can confidently report a night and day difference on all hospitality and responsiveness fronts.
I had read the reviews when considering moving into this building and although they were mostly negative, I chose to move in anyway because I had a good feeling about its bones. I was rewarded with a place that truly feels like home to me now. Sometimes you have to take those chances and navigate using your own intuition.
Julien and Dale (Maintenance) are super responsive and knowledgeable. I put in a maintenance request for a broken kitchen cabinet at 9pm and it was fixed the next day by 9am. Can’t beat that.
Christian and Kristen (Building Management) will put a smile on your face without fail and can answer any questions or quandary with ease.
If you have a good feeling about this place, give it a try. I’m sure glad I did.

I unfortunately must update my review to reflect the current state of living here. The staff remain fairly uncommunicative, and other problems persist. One half of our front door has been broken since the summer and the other half has been malfunctioning for weeks. The staff response to the reports and requests to have our front door functional was one of frustration, with the email sent out stating with "we're aware of the problem". There was an unsafe situation this weekend in the building and staff was unreachable. The email sent out after we had evacuate the building was inaccurate. There was a holiday party for the staff this weekend so there was no one to deal with the situation until Monday. I'm sorry, you can't spare someone for a few hours from the party to address the trespasser trying to enter units and who was the cause of a fire evacuation? When I called to follow up yesterday Stacy in the front office was rude, saying she'd "just gotten in from the weekend" and used that as an excuse for lack of response. Sorry if our emergency interrupted your holiday party Stacy.

The apartments are nice, with amenities like in unit washer and dryer and air conditioning. I’ve had no significant issues with my apartment in the four years I’ve lived there. The staff is lovely and small maintenance concerns are taken care of quickly. Communication from the leasing office remains my big biggest complaint. It can be like pulling teeth to get someone to reply to an email or voicemail. While normally anything I might be in contact about gets resolved, I prefer to also get a reply that my message was received. It can sometimes feel like I’m talking to thin air leaving messages and never hearing back. I’ve even ended messages saying that a quick reply is my preference and asking specifically for an acknowledgment that I’ve been in touch, and nothing. I always hear that the person I’m speaking to is alone in the office, which isn’t their fault, but if that’s always the case then more people need to be hired. This is an issue ongoing for some time and it’s frustrating.
