No working phone number! Calls go straight to a voicemail that can’t accept messages. Non existent communication. I was somehow able to make an appointment for a viewing on their online calendar but the only availability to view was on a Monday midday. Made an appointment online and no confirmation. One week later I received a bizarre text! A text describing their apparent state of capacity. Needless to say this property has something shady happening or mismanaged at the very least. Also, I believe there isn’t an elevator.

This place absolutly sucks. 1. No call system where you call a tenant to where you can buzz in. 2. No elevator for the entire unit. So had to go up several flights of stairs to get to what the building calls it the "3rd floor." For those with mobility issues, this is not the place for you and/or visit if at all. 3. No indoor parking space. Expect to see high break ins to your car. 4. No survalance camera for the mail room area and place to put parcels "discreately" . Very dismal.

Is there any sort of property management? Requested a tour, never got a confirmation or spoke to anyone. The requested day came and went with absolutely zero communication from whoever is in charge of this place… hope current tenants are doing okay, I can only imagine how horrible it must be to pay for a space you can’t get help with

I submitted a deposit and app and no one has responded to me for weeks. I can't get anyone on the phone and no one will respond to my emails. I can't remember how many voicemails I've left and now the mailbox is full. I think there are people living there, I don't know what they would do if something actually went wrong. I would love to live in one of these spaces, but WOW, major yikes. NO ONE WORKS HERE. I guess this is MERITUS.

this place sucks. Multiple packages have been getting stolen, multiple car thefts directly outside property and management refuses to put up cameras on property or get any sort of lockers for packages.
