Hi there! Great property and management. They made this moving experience super easy and effortless. They were attentive to all my questions and helped me thru the whole process. There were a few minor maintenance issues coming into my new place, but maintenance came by same day and fixed everything and some! I love living here!!!! Mayia is an incredible landlord. She really cares about the building and the people living here—you can tell she puts in the effort to make sure everything runs smoothly. She’s responsive, kind, and always willing to help out when something comes up. Honestly, having a landlord like her makes a huge difference. Grateful to have her running things here!

Terrible management. I left due to noise issues with my neighbors blasting music/ dogs barking all hours of the day for 5 months. I was constantly told they were “working on a solution”. I asked to move units or end my lease early, neither of which they would do. After a period of time, they changed their narrative saying that it’s my problem as I was the only tenant affected by the noisy neighbors. Human feces outside the entrance. People sleeping on the benches

I have lived at Bridgetown for almost 5 years. In the last year, the living conditions have become borderline dangerous and gross. Trash chutes broken constantly so trash piles up and leaves entire hallways smelling gross, peoples dogs pooping halls and stairs and the building management never addresses it, harassment from neighbors that is never addressed by management, broken garage doors leaving the parking garage you pay almost $200 dollars for a month wide open, things stolen out of the garage… the list truly goes on. I would live anywhere else in the area.

Been living here for just over a month now and I absolutely love it. The noise pollution is quite in the apartment providing a soothing white noise for me. I also enjoy the various amenities provided by our great and friendly property managers. They have been very warm and welcoming since day one. The views are amazing. I love waking up and enjoying a cup of coffee on my balcony listening to this great city wake up while I ponder my day. The whole community here is very friendly and well mannered. I can not recommend a better place to live for this price.
