Living at Freewell has been great and Sydney and the Freewell team were so helpful in ensuring the leasing and move-in processes went smoothly. The neighborhood is super walkable and there is lots to do nearby — yet at the same time it stays very quiet in the building. Also, love the close proximity to Forest Park.

I’m really enjoying living at Freewell. The building is new, beautifully maintained, and kept very clean. The amenities are fantastic—especially the art room and gym, which I love using. Sydney and Danni are wonderful; they’re always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help.

We toured this apartment as a couple and left extremely uncomfortable. The leasing agent focused almost entirely on my fiancé, often watching him closely while giving me dismissive, brief answers, which felt unprofessional and exclusionary. The apartment itself did not meet our expectations, and the view was depressing. The building has a nice gym and community art/activity room, but they didn’t outweigh other concerns, including reports of break-ins in the parking garage. I previously shared a review documenting our visit, which was removed, and since then many new reviews focus on the agent rather than the apartment itself, which seems unusual and may not reflect what future visitors experience. Overall, this apartment was not a good fit for us.

My husband and I toured farewell apartments and absolutely loved it! We have multiple friends who live here and having glowing reviews so we knew we had to try it out. While this was a self guided tour (thank God), Sydney was so helpful to us with answering all of our questions and even helping sort out accommodates that we needed as best as possible. The amenities are well maintained and the whole place and is very up to date.

I moved into the Freewell apartments in October and I could not be happier. I love it!! I’ve had a wonderful experience from the start. Sydney was the best, I am older and a little tech challenged, Sydney helped me every step of the way!! So very kind, patient and helpful. I would recommend making the Freewell home to everyone!!! 😊👍
