The overweight bald guy working nights was extremely rude. I was waiting in the lobby for my girlfriend to get ready, he came up to me and asked why I was sitting in the lobby. I told him why, and an hour later he came back to me and started asking the same thing, saying that he doesn't know why I'm not waiting in my room instead, and me waiting in the lobby is "against the norms" and he can't have me sitting there. I told him me being "against the norms" is not against the policy, rules, or laws and that not everybody has to do the exact same thing. He asked what was she doing that's taking so long as if it were any of his business. I pointed to all the chairs and the couches and asked why would all these be here if no one is supposed to sit in them, he responded by saying they were there for people to eat breakfast in (even the couches and chairs with the leg rests) and the chair I was sitting in was only there because it was moved for the Christmas tree. I even told him the room number we were in, and I guess he lacked the ability to put the 2 and 2 together where my room was a handicap room and him claiming my girlfriend was taking too long. No apology was ever given, just him staring blankly. Also throughout the entire night I noticed he was just watching videos on the computer, I've worked a graveyard shift at a hotel before, and theres always cleaning that can be done, (and there were lots of places like the entry ways that needed to be cleaned due to the rain, I guess his videos were more important than his job)

Their accounting sucks. Bed bugs galore. They spray to no avail. Only one elevator available most of the time. I don't trust management. I can't wait to get out of here.

They will break into your apartment and steal your things anytime you aren’t there . Have bedbugs and roaches fire drills everyday no parking. If something happens and you need to see camera footage they won’t show you. They’ll keep close tabs to know when they can go steal your belongings then say you abandoned your apartment while still paying!!

The place had drugs all over. They charged me for having to clean the place, I was only there for four months, and most of that time, I ived at my boyfriend's I Hollywood district. The place was clean. I left a very nice microwave for the next guy, because they didn't come with one they charged me wifumping s because of a nice microwave. I cd. Theystea from low income tenants People where leaving threatening notes on .y door about s.oking in my apartment. I don't smoke in the first place, and hadn't been there in almost two weeks. This is the behavior tht they allow to go on. Horrible place. I think management took the nice microwave home for themselves and then charged me for dumping it there how cool is that. They should be sued for taking advantage of the poor.

I have lived here for one year, and the apartments are well managed and I feel safe. We had an emergency here at three in the morning on a Sunday, and the management team went above and beyond to help set things right. I love living here.
