Don't live here! Worst run place I've ever lived! Staff is trash residents are trash.. can't wait till my lease is up!! Dog pee everywhere, moldy dirty laundry room. No parking and if you're car is damaged on property in front of cameras staff can't be bothered to pull up the footage. I've never been so disgusted with a place until I moved here

I was put on a waitlist for this place and accepted off of it. I did intake, they said specifically that me having no income due to a pregnancy disability was fine, and that a pending eviction due to loss of income from the disability was fine because they are project based housing that’s meant to help families in need. She literally stated that no income means little to no rent word for word. It took them over a month and a half to process things, so since I have no income and they took so damn long we ended up getting a second eviction notice. They hardly communicated anything unless I reached out, even then they only gave vague details. They led us on for almost 2 months, be being heavily pregnant at the time (I have a week old baby now) just to turn around and say they said none of that and due to having no income and a pending eviction I’m going to be denied. These people are a sham. They don’t know their own rules, they don’t communicate, and they play around with poor families feelings. Screw these people. Dont even bother applying. I am insanely disappointed in these people and their lack of morality.

The people in the office are super cool, the place looks good and the apartments are very fairly priced.
