I moved into Holloway in October and it was one of the best decisions I have made.
The apartments are brand new, beautiful, modern, and quiet. They take great care of the building and my neighbors are some of nicest folks. The neighborhood is great too! I am walking distance to so many cute restaurants and coffee shops, but I don’t feel like I am living in a noisy neighborhood.
I toured with Isabelle and signed immediately. She made the process effortless!

I toured The Holloway with Jonathon, and overall it was a good experience. Jonathon was great—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly enthusiastic about the community. That said, I did feel a bit rushed and overwhelmed during the tour. I was pretty specific about what I was looking for, but I was shown several apartments that weren’t a good fit, which made it harder to narrow things down.
The Holloway does sound like a great place to live, especially with all the incentives offered. However, the large heater/AC units inside the apartments and some of the awkward layouts just weren’t the right fit for me personally. Overall, it’s a solid community and worth checking out, even though it didn’t end up being the right match for my needs.

This building is absolutely stunning. The courtyard and shared spaces are warm and welcoming. Love the architecture. The art throughout the building is thoughtfully curated and perfectly complements the overall aesthetic.

I had a great tour of Holloway with Jonathan. He was friendly, professional, and really knowledgeable about the building and neighborhood. The community itself is beautiful with thoughtful finishes and amenities that stand out compared to other places I’ve seen. Jonathan took the time to answer all of my questions and made the whole experience easy and welcoming. I wonder what will be in this grab bag, it’s giving Labubu vibes.

Seeing Sculpture Apartments like this is cool to see from the ground up, this artful 7 story building will be a great addition to the living areas around here.
It looks like there will be a large inner courtyard, with a tall first story. Possibly large windows that will wrap around the first story. I can’t wait to see the courtyard with all its glorious landscaping and modern architecture wrapped around this elegant shaped building. This Apartment building is located close to Sandy Boulevard which has great amenities and food place.
However, it is located right next to Culmination Brewing Company & The Aimsir Distilling Company, two great place to wet the pallet and get a tasty bite of great food tasting food. I hope this apartment will be a nice influx of patrons and loyal customers to come in the future! Portland needs great breweries like this one. I also hope that they keep the old Dairy Sign that use to be on the corner of the old Dairy.
If you have not tried Culmination Brewery yet, you should stop by and have a taste of their great beer and food. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is great. I can’t wait for more Sunny days to enjoy their great tasting beer 🍻 cheers
