I recently moved in and so far it’s been great. My direct neighbors and upstairs neighbors are both pretty quiet thankfully. The only noise I really here is the garage (I’m right over it) but it’s really not that loud and the garbage truck comes pretty frequently which is honestly quite convenient so I’ll happily take a little noise for that. I had a small maintenance matter I found when I moved in and maintenance was very responsive and was able to fix it same day. Brandon, the property manager, is a huge help and responsive as well. Also a shout out to Mason who helped me tour the available floor plans, I was able to tour same day and he knew most of the answers to the many questions my sister asked him about the place but he followed up with an email about everything he wasn’t able to answer on the spot. All in all, very happy here and with management so far but I’ll write another review in a couple months about if it remains this good.

I've lived in apartment buildings quite a bit. The only thing that rings true is that the apartment manager makes or breaks the experience. From my first visit Brandon was accommodating, kind, professional and has kept his word on everything he has said that he would do. The building is nice, thick walls, I have never heard my neighbors which is amazing. The parking lot is awesome, but there is also a ton of street parking. But the best part is knowing that if something does go awry, Brandon has your back.

I was skeptical of moving here in June 2024 due to some of the older reviews here, but this place has seriously made a huge turn around. The new management team, SYLO, took over a month after I moved in and have made so many improvements to the building. The most impactful improvement has been the landlord and maintenance team that are actually present and responsive. Any issues or questions have been answered swiftly and it really does seem like they care about the residents. my washer broke down a couple months after move in and instead of taking days to get back to me about the repair, i was responded to day of saying they had already ordered a replacement. The landlord gave me a key to an empty apartment on my floor so that I could use the washer there while the new one was enroute. They are always looking for ways to make sure the residents are taken care of, despite any short fallings that aren't anyone's fault. I have had too many experiences renting where residents are treated like numbers and its all about money. SYLO is nothing like that and genuinely seems to care about the quality of life for residents here. Definitely recommend Monroe and any SYLO properties!

Best tour experience I’ve ever had! The staff here is wonderful. Only reason I didn’t move here was due to a sudden change of plans, but I continue recommending this building and the property management team. Affordable, responsive/attentive management, and super friendly atmosphere and community!

What truly sets Monroe apart is the management. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed something, it’s been handled quickly and kindly. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and the community. Little touches like resident events, thoughtful communication, and how easy they make everything really make a difference. I’ve lived in a few places around the city, and nothing has compared to my experience here.
