Storm and Ashlee have been the kindest and most helpful people during my move in during a very stressful time in my life. Ashlee was my leasing agent and was genuine, personable, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to all my inquiries and gave me a lovely tour and quickly helped me secure my new apartment within a couple of days. Storm has also been very kind and has helped me immediately with any issues I had regarding the Vivint system, move in questions, helping me request maintenance help, and helping me find packages. I have never had such a pleasant experience moving into a large apartment building, and I’ve been in a few.

My girlfriend and I decided to come tour this apartment today. We showed up on time at 2pm and no one was there after driving over an hour. We called multiple times and sent texts and no answer. We then decided to get lunch right down the road at Zaiqa Indian Cuisine. After already feeling disrespected we decided to go back to the Osprey and see if anyone was there. Guess what? They were and it was the same exact people we saw at lunch. Isn’t that crazy? They then proceed to tell us they sent an email asking to reschedule because they had an emergency. Yeah getting lunch at Zaiqa Indian Cuisine was the emergency. The biggest problem is they refused to even offer any accommodations after we drove over an hour to tour this apartment, these people suck. I hope management sees this and fires these workers or maybe they could take a course on hospitality management. We will not be leasing here and my story should tell you everything you need to know about this property management.

I’ve lived at The Osprey for several years now, long enough to remember when the management team wasn’t exactly… stellar. The difference since Alexandra took over is night and day. You can just tell she truly cares about this place and everyone that lives here. This is a manager that cares and lets you know everything you need to know about your lease and your rights as a renter! Truly couldn't thank her enough for all the information she's given me. And Storm in leasing is an absolute rockstar! He's patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and somehow always finds a way to solve whatever problem you throw at him. I don't know Ashlee that well yet, but she is always so friendly and fun, I know she will compliment them well! The building looks amazing, and a HUGE shout out to Carlos in maintenance - he has been on the maintenance team longer than anyone who's worked here. He deserves huge credit for that. They’re quick, friendly, and thorough. I honestly can’t imagine living anywhere else!

I did a tour with Storm and he was incredible! Such a friendly person. He answered all of my questions professionally and with a smile. Although I did not end up moving there, I really appreciated the amenities and the care the staff took in making sure I had all of the information I needed. The apartments were lovely and I loved the waterfront views.

Storm and the rest of the front desk team have been wonderful. My move-in one month ago has been smooth and so far I love living in the building. From day 1, the staff here is very responsive, pleasant and professional. Especially Storm, who is so kind and goes above and beyond. I only wish it was easier to get a parking permit or a spot in the garage.
