I have been living in the building for a little over 3 years now and love it! The residents are all very friendly and leasing manager Addison is so genuine and always goes above and beyond with helping resolve any issues or answer questions that I have. Also, the seasonal murals that she creates are such a beautiful addition to the lobby and I look forward to when a new one appears! The location is great and within walking distance to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and bars.

I have now lived at Park 19 for a little over 3 months now and am very happy with my decision! From the ease of moving in with Addisons help! The neighbors have been very nice and friendly. I’ve gotten to know several from the wonderful happy hour monthly!
Bonus is the fun and creative murals that Addison paints on her office windows!

After more than seven years here, Park19 is still perfect for me: elegant living at its unbeatable park-side location in NW and the impeccable, friendly, and professional staff. Easy walking to restaurants, grocery stores, trails in Washington Park and Forest Park, Rose Garden and Japanese Garden, and Cinema 21 is a few minutes away. Great diversity among the residents and wonderful monthly happy hour parties in the lobby, where we chat and new residents can make new friends. Thanks to our greats, leasing agent, Bree Robino-Ah Nee and manager Michael Sohi, Park 19 is the best!

Maybe we're still in the honeymoon phase after our last apartment, but we love this place! Very good location, interesting architectural features, higher-end finishes and fixtures, very well maintained, a lot of friendly tenants, and a *wonderful* staff. Lots of dogs (we like dogs ;-). Lovely little neighborhood park across the street, and probably 100+ restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Overall, great bang for the buck! The cons are minor: The guest studio apt is over-priced, we can sometimes hear our upstairs neighbor walking around, and our bedroom's a little tight for a queen bed (but there are a variety of other layouts if that's a concern).

It was a couple years ago now, but I really enjoyed living here. I had a third floor apartment facing north (facing Hoyt) and it was the quietest place I've ever lived. Management was always very friendly and responsive. Neighbors were nice. Centurylink gigabit fiber was fast. I would say definitely get the garage parking if you have a car. Parking in the blocks may be tough, but your guests will usually find a spot within a couple blocks (at least when I lived there). Short walk to the pearl but much quieter and greener than the pearl, also a short walk to 21st/23rd. Another reviewer mentioned that Couch Park is infested with transients. There were sometimes that a couple tents would be set up on the sidewalk on the north side of the park but it was easy to walk around. Sometimes a few transients were hanging out in the park but this is true of any park in Portland, and it never made it feel dirty or unsafe, which are things that would bother me if excessive. If you're someone who thinks of homeless people as an infestation then there's probably nowhere in Portland proper that is suitable for you, but also it's not nice to call people an infestation. Included for fun is a picture out the front door of the neighborhood snowed out. It was incredible to see.
