Maintenance is responsive and gets requests fixed in a timely manner.
Parking situation can get rough, but there’s a parking lot, though it costs extra and has a waitlist.
Building is relatively old, and that has it’s good and bad. Apartments are pretty small, and most have been renovated with composite flooring, though some still contain the original parquet flooring. With the age of the building, there’s frequent water outages, but they’re usually limited and the management gives ample warning.

Friendly staff and helpful maintenance team!
Great location for students😊 Saturday market is right outside every Saturday which can get noisy but also very fun if you like markets.

after leaving a pretty awful renting situation a bit ago, Park Plaza has been such a refreshing place to live! Shelby and Aliya made move in paperwork smooth and easy, there are plenty of amenities and events, the building is maintained and cleaned regularly, Josh followed up with my service request within a day; overall great communication and a lovely experience so far :)

The neighbors are super respectful in terms of noise and keep to themselves--I do kind of wish folks were more outgoing, so maybe that's something I'll try to spark up! I havent been to community events yet so that will be a good indicator of the vibes of the residents. Oh, and being right next to the farmers market? A dream!!!! It can be loud outside which is normal for the city, but the windows are really good at blocking out sound when theyre closed. I think my biggest wish for the community would be more cleanliness along the heavier trafficked floors like the 1st floor because it can get kind of grody. But despite that, the staff I've met all seem really nice too, and I feel really comfortable reaching out for any questions or concerns and I feel like I'll actually be listened to. I'm still new here, so I really hope the experience continues to be nice!

What Ever (What)

None of the pictures here match what you'll get.
Only positive is the location and ease of access to freeway. Also a negative for those facing the freeway (noise lvls high on south/west sides).
Poor management office/staffing (most). Quick to apply penalties without reviewing with tenant. Staff often changes. Maintenance takes forever (ex. 3months wait to fix plumbing issue). Community events poorly scheduled for those with jobs.
Utilities are "split" so you're paying for others. No reason to be resource conscious. Unable to control heating. No AC.
Flooring wasn't replaced before moving in as was told beforehand. Initial status (cleanliness) of unit upon move in was subpar (my fault for accepting unseen, moved from out of state). Stove still had caked on food on and under the nobs... Hallway carpet/walls and stairwells are stained, damaged and rarely cleaned or maintained. Seen lights out for 6+ months.
Be aware of parking "wait list" (+$) if you need one.. otherwise it's paid street, lot or permit parking anywhere within walking distance in the area (was "lied" to about this at move in).
Hi! Oh-la..la..!
Other tenants are a toss up. Most were cool. Seems like high turnover. A lot of damage/misuse to the common areas on the regular. Inconsistent timings and responsiveness to issues.
Otherwise the prices are a little high for the quality and size of the units. Almost $1600 a month with utilities + parking + rent. For a 1x1 non-upgraded unit.
